I normally love Starbucks, but I'm really frustrated with this location. I ordered a drink through the mobile app with cold foam, and for the fourth time now, they forgot to add it. It's such a simple part of the drink, and it's clearly listed in the order. I don’t understand why it keeps getting missed—especially when I’m not there in person to fix it right away.
I hope this location can start double-checking mobile orders more carefully. It’s disappointing to pay extra and not get what I asked for.

The cashier told me that you need to purchase something before they can give you a cup of water. They said it is a new policy . I did get a cup of water for free at another Starbucks just cross the street and they told me there is not the policy like that .

Told the cashier I wanted to use my Birthday Free Reward. Found out later I got charged full price. How could he get that wrong? Avoid this place.

I ordered the same drink for myself and my son, both with light ice. About 10 minutes later, after he finished his drink, I noticed his cup was still nearly half full of ice, while mine had barely any left — clearly showing that his was filled with way more ice to begin with.
I went back to the store to explain, as we requested light ice to get more of the actual drink—not have the cup fully filled with ice. I even showed the cashier the clear difference between the two cups. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to take our concern seriously and offered excuses instead of a solution. It was disappointing—especially for my son.
We usually love Starbucks, but this experience left us a bit let down. I hope the team can be more attentive in the future.

terrible. First of all i waited a while to get my drink, but i understood since they were quite busy. Then when i got my drink it tasted good, but i asked for light ice specifically and they gave me more ice then ive ever gotten in a starbucks. I specifically asked for light ice and they filled the whole cup with ice. do better.

I was here at 10.45am and ordered pike tall as usual and most of the people at the space was occasions... I waited waited for my simple pike I usually get in second? When I asked one of lady if I'm going to get my coffee after 5mn ( was waiting with laptop on table) she looked at me very stressful way and shout at me said you gotta wait....? I felted very rude and racism at thus location.
