The worst Shaken Expresso I've received ever is from this location.

1st, she made a mistake in taking my order and made a wrong coffee.

They remade my coffee, and again they gave me the wrong coffee without following the recipe standard as well.

I wasted 25 minutes in total to get the correct coffee after all hustle...

We went in to get our coffee, however only take care of drive thru orders so we waited over 10 minutes for our coffee.

Not enough staff at this location. The people there are working hard but it's clear they are doing too much. Half hour wait for a frap is CRAZY. So many people standing around waiting. Drinks were good at least.

Extremely slow drive-thru service at this location. Only 3 cars ahead of me, yet it took 18 minutes to get my drink. Orders were delayed at the intercom, and my drink wasn’t even started when I got to the window. It was also missing the Sweet Cream Cold Foam. As the only drive-thru Starbucks near the ferry terminal, this level of service is unacceptable—people could easily miss their ferry reservations.

I don’t go here as often as my work mates, but I do occasionally make a pit stop here on my way to work or for a quick break.
I’ll usually place a mobile order in hopes to be in and out so I can get back to work quickly. There has been a few times unfortunately I was left waiting 15 minutes or so for my order and wasn’t acknowledged until one of the baristas asked if I was waiting for anything. While on the other hand my work mates who comes to this location often was served her drink right away.

My last visit (5 minutes ago) my drink was ready but my snack wasn’t there so I stood waiting patiently, gladly the nearest barista asked if I was waiting for anything and told her what I was waiting for. They got it quickly but had a hard time finding it in there system.
The guy dealing with my last ordered iteam handed it to me and said “here you go sir… Timber~Rose” all said with a kinda disgusted and annoyed look. I said thank you and left quickly.

I’m not so comfortable to come here anymore but when I really need a boost I just go cause it the closest option for someone who doesn’t drive. I’ve stopped coming in the mornings as well because of similar behaviour from other staff. I rarely see a warm welcoming smile like I used too, I might just have to leave home earlier for work to make a stop at Timmie’s from now on.

Me and my family ordered coffee and breakfast here on Saturday morning, we also went back for our afternoon drink. We had fair amount of wait time and great service. We also tried mobile order from the phone and drove through to get our order. Very smooth.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks thanks to Maddy! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my order perfectly. Her warm smile and positive energy made my visit even better. Staff was just busy talking to each other, served us a cold chai tea latte after waiting for more than 15 mins and there was no customer at that time except may be off duty staff.

When they expect a tip but do you think they tip the guy who delivers their inventory ? Or who cleans their water they drink and shower with? They won’t make your drink as you ask. When you say no sugar but their tip matters more than if it would put you into a coma.

Today I went to visit my local Starbucks at Tsawwassen Commona after my workout, as I do most days! Unfortunately due to the global IT issue, their systems were down and so the cafe was closed. So, I called them to see if I could walk thru the drive thru ? which I couldn’t because of safety. However, Emily (I hope I got her name right) offered to make me my drink and bring it out to me. I was extremely surprised and appreciative of her offer but confused on how I would pay for it. She told me not to worry, today it would be at no charge. This is next level customer service. I just want to thank the entire team that was there today working hard through these issues. I’ve been sick for a week, just got back to the gym and this truly made my day so much better. Thank you sooo much and please forgive me if I got your name wrong

Some girls at this branch are always chitchatting laughing behind the counter while we are waiting for our drinks. They think working at Starbucks gives them a privilege to do so.
