Usually this Tim Hortons is great I never had an issue since my last visit through the drive thru. As I was ordering my drink I changed my mind still at the speaker and cancelled the drink and the girl replied “but I’ve already made it,” I legit was like okay but I don’t want it I haven’t even finished ordering if you already made it in the 1 minute I decided to change my drink what am I supposed to do. I’ve worked fast food myself and the customer is always right but the employees at fast food restaurants don’t seem to understand that.

On the same day, someone was selling Tim Hortons cards at the door. They asked for personal information, driver's license, phone address, and took a personal front and side photo. 3 bucks for a bun with powdered sugar and a glob of nutella that just falls off.
They messed up our order . We ordered a meal but they missed our black coffee and the staff were shouting at us when we went inside to follow up our black coffee. They are not even sorry . They even laugh at us. Staff seems not trained properly to get order.
Tables and location is always dirty. Staff always talking to loud.
