They have discontinued the new Chipotle steak wraps/bowls but still advertise it as new on there menu, when asked why they still have on the menu, she had nothing to say, I just left and rather not eat or go somewhere else that has the food I want, also no drive through so you do have to go in to discover the bad

They were pretty good for a tim hortons, friendly staff and well cooked meals.Not much to complain about besides the interior of the tim hortons. It's usually packed in here, so its always good to come earlier to find a seat if you're dinning in.

I don't usually score low but I walked out on a Sunday at 3pm. Long line and when I got closer to the counter (I am not exaggerating) there was ONE lonely donut left! Plenty of cookies and some other stuff. So, we walked out! A first for me at TH's. The three staff were doing their best. Felt sorry for them.

Saw that girl was on phone and making my wrap with same clumsy hands. 1. Why her supervisor did allow phone while works 2. Did she have any idea how many germs our phone contains and, she had these gloves on but what of the use when she hold the phone with same hand and making customers wrap and coffee with same dirty hand.Please guys increase hygiene and customer centric approach

Very often I eat at Tim Hortons and always good, but this one is the first time I see small portions of food, like I ordered a chicken wrap which is seems ordered a veggie wrap and let’s do not talk about the hot chocolate, like hot water with the chocolate color.
The hashbrown in my farmers wrap tasted as if it had been sitting out for so long that it became stale, buy they quickly fried it so it was warm and popped it in the wrap. Quite disappointing, and hurt my teeth to eat too!

Came in tonight looking for soup and they were out. Then when I asked for a loaded wrap it was very difficult to convince the employee to fire up the grill apparently because it had just been cleaned and the employees were far too lazy to bother. So, to be clear, no soup or grilled wraps at a busy Tim Hortons on a Saturday evening., two hours before they closed. They should have cleaned the grill 30 mins before closing not over two hours before. It's like they don't want your business and it's insulting. This is every Tim Hortons now. I hate Tim Hortons.
