Learn how to close a restaurant
Christmas Eve. All lights on and no service. There was no closed sign. Automated message still on at the ordering speaker. We got stuck in line 25 mins because no one was moving. I underatand being closed for Xmas Eve, but this created a mess and was completely unnecessary. Not a way to run a business.

Worst customer service ever. The girl at drive thru said “Hello what can I get for you” and we waited for at-least 30 minutes only for another customer to tell us that they are closed.

Sat in the drivethru for over 20 minutes. There was no way out so didn't have a choice. Terrible service never coming back here.

Never had a problem here up until today, actually have always raved about how fast and accurate this particular location usually is.
HOWEVER!
Lately service has been lacking, as has friendliness, which is evident by the negative reviews as of late.
On a more serious note.
Today, there was a very long line, and as I was sitting there watching and waiting for my turn at the drive thru window (I was next), I watched as one of the Tim Hortons staff members threw garbage out the window onto the ground.
I clearly watched this happen, and it was absolutely intentional, there was no way it was an accident.
When I got to the window a few seconds later, I told him I saw that, and I received every excuse possible.
I just want to make it extremely clear, that there is absolutely no excuse for this. And that this is absolutely despicable behaviour and does not represent the value and culture of Tim Hortons.
If I ever see this happen again, I will be making plenty of phone calls
1. To corporate and reporting the franchise
2. To Bilaw and filing a complaint
3. To Tsawwassen Mills as they will fine the location
Honestly, shocked that I witnessed that this morning. And I expect some sort of conversation to happen within your staff.

I went last night about 5 minutes to closing time and was told they were already closed?! Then i read the reviews on this location about how incompetent the staff is, needless to say i will NEVER go back there and will advise everyone to read the reviews for this location so they can save themselves the trouble of going to a Tims where the staff clearly doesnt care about the clients.
