Can’t even get a stupid order right. I ordered a white hot chocolate. Drove off and I start drinking once I’ve gotten on the highway and it cooled down enough and it’s stupid hot chocolate. The disappointment is unmatched. The rest of my 50 minutes drive was just pure disappointment.

We asked for iced latte coffee but staff told us that machine is on cleaning and then we asked for other drink then some other excuse. It was only 10’o clock and they were closing at 11. Feels like they don’t want to serve anything. Very unsatisfied

I ordered a jalapeño bagel and coffee, but at the window, they gave me an everything bagel instead. When I asked about it, the employee (a young man with short hair working at the drive-thru) rudely told me they “don’t carry jalapeño bagels.” If that’s true, then why did the cashier take my order for one? The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Tim Hortons — I won’t be returning here. I’ll be going to Starbucks instead, which is only a few minutes away and always treats customers better.
