Prabhjot is the store manager, but she lacks basic customer service skills. She does not know how to communicate properly with customers and often keeps an unfriendly facial expression. Customer service requires politeness, patience, and a welcoming attitude, but unfortunately, she shows very little knowledge in this area. This creates a negative experience for customers and does not reflect well on the store management.
I would also like to request that the district manager look into this matter, as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Proper action should be taken to ensure customers are treated respectfully and professionally.

Good variety of food selections, friendly staff and quick service. Originally, we ordered the food for carryout via the kiosk, but there was no option to remove the bag charges as we brought our own bag. We end up cancelled our kiosk order and went to the counter instead. The staff is aware of this issue. Overall, I'm please with the experience.

Wendy’s disappointed me. The food tasted bad and arrived cold. Portions felt small for the price. Staff yelled at me while I ordered. The tone felt rude and rushed. No apology followed. I also saw rats near the dining area. That killed my appetite and raised safety concerns. I left hungry and frustrated. I will not return.

When we arrived, the menu boards were still displaying breakfast items even though it was already lunchtime, which was confusing from the start.
After receiving our food, we went to get drinks and found that several fountain options were unavailable, and the ice machine was completely out of service. The floor was also noticeably sticky, raising immediate concerns about cleanliness.
When we returned to the counter, we had to remind staff that our order was meant to be takeout, as it hadn’t been prepared correctly. What stood out most was the fry station—five staff members were standing around talking while multiple obvious issues went unaddressed.
The back door area had piles of garbage waiting to be taken out, the floor remained sticky, the drink machine was partially out of order, the ice machine was down, and the menu screens still hadn’t been updated. Any one of these could have been handled, but none were.
Overall, the restaurant felt disorganized and poorly managed. A very disappointing experience.
✨Follow-up: Management responded asking us to contact them directly, but provided no contact information. That lack of clarity only added to the frustration.
