This location is awful. The worst thing about it is that it is filthy. A year ago we went and the floor under seating was covered with ants. Not just our seating but the entire dining floor had ants. We did complain and it didn't seem like they cared much. We were given a credit we never used. We decided to give it another chance after shopping last week and when you go in, so many tables are not cleared/cleaned. The floors under seating are disgusting. Food, dust and debris on the floor. There were flies crawling on our feet. Flies all over the floor. Absolutely gross. We left without finishing our meals. There is no point in complaining, they have zero standards at this location. Deaf ears with complaints. Be careful going to this location. If the dining room is this filthy, imagine what the kitchen is like.

Ordered in the DT, our food had to be prepared so they asked us to park by the door, which was no problem. About 10 mins later they brought food out to our car and asked us if it was ours. We asked what is it? She did not know and asked us to check.. we checked 1 of the 2 bags and told her it was not ours and then she gave it to the car next to us. She then proceeded to walk around with our food (we didn't know it was in there) asking other waiting cars if it's theirs. Who knows how many people touched it. I then went inside and was told that is our food that is travelling around the parking lot. Trash service, ended up being trash food.

The baked potato with cheese and bacon is my go to! The foods good but the ambience is a bit much. One of the ladies, which im sure is a supervisor is always yelling at the staff. Everyone is quiet and it seems like they are walking on eggshells. The staff seem afraid to make mistakes in front of her. Sometimes it's hard to enjoy my snack with all the yelling.

Drive thru service takes forever, this is not the first time we've been told to to park in front to wait for our order, even though there were not line up.

Seems like this location doesn't understand the concept of drive thru.

We'll refrain to go to this location in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Wendy’s. The staff are very unhelpful and the girl who served me just asked what I wanted and not a word more. Extremely unpleasant and rude.

She even place on my spoon (with no plastic cover on it) for my frosty right on the counter. I was shocked by her carelessness of hygiene considering how many people put their hands on that counter daily. To the manager/owner - this was at 9:00 on a Thursday at the front counter. I highly recommend you take a second look at your staff and evaluate how their poor service is going to negatively impact your store.

I know I won’t be giving business anymore. It seems like I wasn’t the only one either, just was reading someone else’s recent google review and it seems they shared similar thoughts as me

☆☆☆☆ | Sleeping on the Job – Unacceptable Service at Wendy’s

I visited this Wendy’s location last weekend (around 11:35 AM, Saturday or Sunday), and what I witnessed was absolutely unbelievable. **As I walked in, the service staff was literally leaning on the drive-thru window—**asleep. Not “tired-looking,” not “slow”—actually asleep, in full view of customers. I had to double-take to believe it myself.

This is a new low for customer service. I genuinely can’t understand who is being hired here or how this kind of behavior is tolerated. It’s disrespectful to paying customers and embarrassing for the Wendy’s brand.

As for the food? Subpar. Fries were cold, and the burger was barely warm. It felt like everything had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long.

This is a classic example of what happens when local standards are overlooked and accountability is thrown out the window. I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience here was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable.

Wendy’s—you need to do better. Hire people who want to work, ensure your food is hot, and please, for the sake of your reputation, tell your staff: don’t sleep on the job. Literally.

Drive through is terrible. Ordered two wraps. Got 4 paid for 4. Asked for sausage and got no sausage. Pretty bad when they totally screw up the order
