The service from Mr Wayne was top notch at this A&W. Always a gracious smile and did check on us multiple times making sure everything was great. I don’t see such service often and this A&W location has become my favourite just because of Mr.Wayne. Customer service at its best !!

Out of all of the A&W's I have been too the one in Valemount, BC has to be the dirtiest. The tables were all filthy, there was food on the floor no matter where we wanted to sit. The service was very slow, this is not a fast food restaurant.

Food was fine but the staff working was AWEFUL. If you dont know how to be kind and awnser questions about the menu with international people you should not be working in a tourist town. Its really sad to see people get away with talking to customers like that.
