Waited for over 10 mins to get my food, when it wasn’t even busy, then got back to my vehicle to discover the food was cold. Not lukewarm, not even a tad bit warm. Just cold.

Cheyanne was a delight! My mom wanted a sausage and egger around 3:30pm and she was more than willing to deliver. Needed ketchup after the food was delivered and she had no qualms about grabbing some. As a former assistant manager for A&W I would say this team member deserves to be celebrated for her climate and customer service. Great job :)
