Cheyanne was a delight! My mom wanted a sausage and egger around 3:30pm and she was more than willing to deliver. Needed ketchup after the food was delivered and she had no qualms about grabbing some. As a former assistant manager for A&W I would say this team member deserves to be celebrated for her climate and customer service. Great job :)
Ordered food online to-go and the food was hot and nice! Their staff was courteous and made sure they called out the online orders by name to make sure that customers with online orders didn't have to wait once order was ready
It's surprisingly nice atmosphere. The burgers were good, had the standard papa burger. Asked for mayo, first the attendant said I needed to buy a specific to get the Chipotle mayo. I said no thanks, but I think the manager overheard and came to my table with a small cup of Chipotle mayonnaise. That was very nice of him
