The toaster oven didn’t actually toast the bread it just made it warm, other than that it was amazing.

Very disappointing experience at the Subway in Valemount. After a long drive from Edmonton, we stopped here for a quick lunch break, expecting a simple and refreshing meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

There was only one bread option available, and even that bread was not fresh. It felt hard and tight, making the sandwich unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the lady attendant was extremely rude. Instead of explaining the situation or offering alternatives, she was just pointing and refusing the sale, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional.

It also appeared that she was frustrated due to a delay from the second-shift employee. Around 2:30 pm, when an older lady arrived for the shift change, the attendant was openly scolding her in front of customers. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store.

This stop was meant to be a short break to relax before continuing a long drive, but instead it left us in a bad mood. Definitely not the experience you expect from a Subway location. I would not recommend stopping here unless service and product quality improve

My whole family felt bad after eating here. We have food allergies so that’s probably mostly on us for thinking anything would be safe when they are touching everything with the same gloves and dropping stuff in other containers and whatnot. Washrooms were clean. Variety of seating options from booths and tables to single seats at the window. Great views!

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them—they didn’t seem to understand even basic English, which made ordering frustrating and time-consuming.
On top of that, they tried to charge me extra for standard toppings that are usually included at every other Subway I’ve been to. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of explaining anything clearly.
This is not what I expect from a Subway. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent service or a fair price.

Horrible server woman behind the counter. Skimped on vegetables, barked out the amount due, and then expected a tip. Did not give one.

Got overcharged. I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki, and she charged me for a chicken teriyaki crunch. I told the lady, she did not care, and walked away.
