By far the best Subway employee we’ve come across. She was working alone and had a massive line up. She had peoples orders done in no time, doing multiple subs and made it all look easy. Definitely deserves a raise if not a promotion!

Employee was chatting on the phone for minutes while we waited. She told us cash only though the debit machine looked fine. The guy behind us was able to pay using his card, so clearly she was lying. Put very little toppings on.

Subway is always good but this was the worst I have been to. They did not tell us they were missing ingredients until we were part way through making the subs and they put the wrong ingredients on. Kinda frustrating. Bathroom not in great shape either.

I notice park hosts avoid guests at all costs. Gawd forbid they'd have a question or wish to chat and learn local info. A lot of noise from the highway in campsite. No swimmable water...a river...couldn't walk to waterfall as it was in closed area

Do not get the churro stick. Served cold and tasted like chemicals. Go to the food truck that is parked outside (pretty close) and get a hot tasty churro instead.

We came to this location today to grab 3 subs during evening. The customer service was absolutely the worst that I have ever seen. People working had air pods in their ears and no greeting no smile nothing!! The breads were really soft and fresh, however when it came to wrap up our subs, the person did not even bother closing the sub before cutting it and when i asked, if she can not do it then I can because I dont want my sub all scattered and sauce dripping out of it. She gave no response and just said OK. We are tourists and we come to appreciate the beauty of mountains and nature and all we need at the end of the day is good food and just plain simple good customer service, nothing over the top or too rare to get. All we got was negative vibe.

The worst subway I ever visited. The lady preparing my order was so rude, she was not even bothered to ask me what I wanted. Same was the man at the cash counter. Preparation was miserable. Will strongly advise not to visit. There was a weird foul smell in the subway.

Subway in Valemount is fantastic! The sandwiches are always fresh and made to order. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant dining experience.
