Recently I made a mistake when ordering for online pickup where I selected this Tim Horton's but upon pickup, realized the order had been sent to Ontario. The staff there helped me out quickly and were super nice the whole time

Welcome to Tim Horton's in the bazzaro world! Where the costumer is always wrong! The food is as cold and unpalatable as the staff! How the little man in charge walks around without a permanent black eye is a real mystery for the ages! Wild animals are more considerate and have better manners than this bunch. You'd be better off donating and eating at a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen! They'll have higher standards!

Horrible! Such impolite and unfriendly costumer service! This evening October 15th at 6:30 PM. No hello's or thank you's or even the pretense of a pleasant exchange from the little man behind the till! When we could not understand him, he got aggressively irritated. Food was cold and the veggies in our wraps wilted and old! When given a chance to help the situation by directly asking the guy in charge, he simply said once it's out it's out! and turned his back without a word of apology or concession! We left hungry not being able to consume the food we had just paid for and leaving it on the counter.
This guy (clearly from another planet) had the nerve to actually come out and ask us to clean after ourselves!!!
I don't know what kind of medication he is on but they need to up the dose! Never ever coming back here again. Just atrocious and unbelievably rude!
It is getting hard to order these days with these fast food restaurants when the employees don’t speak very good English. But other than that, it’s typical Tim Hortons for you.
