Highly recommend in spite of difficulty’s- when you own a business and customer is disappointed and you go above and beyond to make it right - that earns you five stars in my opinion. Young people often need a lot of training in how to give customer service - anyone can easily be trained to cook and Clean etc - but serving the customer is a special knack and is what brings people back.

We went to this place because of the high rating. Very disappointing. Only 6 pieces of potato per plate. Sausage was burnt and the eggs were under cooked. We had to wait 1 hour before our food arrived. I think they lost our order. Service was very friendly though.

Disappointing Experience
We were the only table being served, yet the wait was long and one of the two drinks we ordered was never brought to us. The hollandaise sauce on the Benedict had no flavor at all. Kids’ corner looked neglected and uninviting. It feels like the place relies too much on being the only café on the island. We'll be making breakfast at home for the rest of our stay.

Had a very tasty Benny before getting on the ferry. Friendly atmosphere and service. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The owner was running the joint herself and was very welcoming. The $5 breakfast sandwiches are great for the road!

Mary Mary has that small town feel. Easy to walk from Van Anda Texada Boat marina. Looks like touring bikes make this a stop on their list. Very laid back. We went for breakfast. Omelette excellent and eggs Benny excellent. Don't expect speed, you aren't at a fast food place. Sit back relax and enjoy the island life.

Great home style food. (They also run the concession at Shelter Point Campground for great ocean side experience)

We rode our bikes here from the ferry terminal. My husband had a burger, which he said was delicious. I had a small snack and a beer. Great friendly people, good wholesome food, and the patio was a great relief from the hot mid day sun. It's definitely worth the bike ride.
