Although I have had some interesting interactions with various staff, I noticed that the manager at this location is very helpful and ensures that all challenges are resolved as fast as possible.
I continue to go because I enjoy the food; it is hot and well done.
Overall, the strong management at this location keeps things running well and I see the younger staff being well supported and learning quickly! It would be a good place for an entry level worker.

Walked into the this location. Lady took the guys order in front of me. She than went to the back to complete orders for the drive through. She gave the guy in front of me order, walk right past me,no acknowledgement at all. Waiting to order for like 10min at the till while they are taking orders from the drive though. I asked if I had to go to the drive though to order and she said that the drive thru has priority. Such horrible service. Lucky my child wanted chicken.

The chicken was not crunchy at all. The older employee (white hair and blue eyes) blatantly ignored me. She refused to bring me more salt (she said she had already brought it and that was enough) and spoke in a disparaging and offensive manner. It is not clear why. Maybe racism.

DONT EAT HERE Sign says open for dine in until 9pm, we come in at 8:30pm. No problem. “Sorry it’ll be 20 minutes for chicken because we just did a big order”. They said that we could stay and eat in… ok, we ordered. Eventually got our order. The nice girl locked the door and assured us it was fine to finish eating. Greasy Greasy Greasy. But, hey, it’s KFC and it’s late. Spices certainly lacking. 3/4 done eating and now a young man (30 ish) rudely says “you gotta leave, these girls want to go home”. I said we’d like to finish eating. He says “no, well… they wanna go”. I tossed the rest as it was subpar anyway. The guy was rude. Girls were fine. Food was poor. Should’ve gave it back but we were tired. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DONT CARE.

Too greasy. None of the kfc restaurants have the kfc spices. Not the same. Disappointed
Depends on the day sometimes greasy and sometimes great. Staff are wonderful.
