Every time I've gone to KFC. I have received excellent service from an older lady and darker Gentlemen, always very polite, friendly. Willing to make conversation while waiting and crack a few jokes. Thank you for always giving excellent customer service and hot food!!

Preordered and still waited an extra 20+ minutes.. no one greeted us just walked past us for the first 10 minutes of that. Friendly enough when they decided to help us but the restaurant was empty no reason for our food not to be ready.

fast service but please hire people that cam speak English. they can't even get your order right. plus they can't even make a simple meal. I'd advice going to another place that has younger workers and people that can speak proper English

We stopped by while visiting grandpa and we loved how fast they got our order. The restaurant is clean and it is nice to eat there. We would like to have spoons available though, our grandpa ordered a bowl and they did not have spoons, only fork. He could not finish the bowl because it is hard to use a fork to spoon the cream.

Pretty slow guys, but i get it.... fresh is best.Get them locks fixed on the washroom doors maybe? Soda machine's ice didn't work.
Im upset because the KFC in Smithers got shut down!

Did not receive my drink. I will not turn around to get it. Tried calling multiple times and the phone hangs up after one ring.
It changed alot. Someone said that they got food poisoning from there.
