They put me on hold right away. I couldn’t even say one word & for 7mins being on hold for a pizza place is ridiculous. I will never call them again. Also I’m from out of town so they lost money big time.

I Ordered a small pizza on Friday evening's 23 May 2025 from Pizza Pizza vandheroof. Pizza was ridiculous. I Ordered 3 toppings but I got barely 2 toppings only…. And it costing me over 22$ way too expensive…I will never recommend nobody to go there and buy tasteless stuff And waste you’re money… My all pizza ended up in Garbage bin.. I need my hard earned money back…. Very Very disappointed….
So I ordered a large pizza, thin crust, pepperoni with 3 dipping sauces from pizza pizza. I ordered through spyce. I noticed that there were only 2 dips when it arrived and the pizza did look great, however neither the driver nor pizza pizza would take ownership for the delivery of the 3rd missing sauce. Furthermore when I called pizza pizza a woman answered my inquiry by stating they put the creamy garlic sauce on the pizza INSTEAD of tomato sauce. Naturally this is not what I was looking for, and asked for a proper replacement. I was not happy.
The good news it that the ownership of pizza pizza reached out to me shortly after and offered to remake my order. I am very happy with the reactive solution, and look forward to my replacement pizza. This is the kind of customer service that customers should expect. Knowing that management cares about their customers, they may have made a repeat customer out of me after all!

These people were so nice! We were in a bind and needed a place to park our RV overnight, we asked and they agreed. Bought some delicious food and relaxed for the night. Got a white sauce pizza and some boneless wings. Yum!!!
