I had a disappointing experience at the Subway located at 167 1st St, Vanderhoof, BC on July 15th around 9:45 PM. There were two girls working, and one of them was not wearing a Subway uniform—she was in a red T-shirt. She also had her hair untied and uncovered, which I found to be very unhygienic, especially in a food preparation environment.
Cleanliness and proper appearance are important for customer confidence. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed with the staff.

I've been consistently going to this subway for over a year now and I've always had great service and very well made subs. It's great to see a subway that still actually has some ' sandwich artists ' out there! Good job to both the guy and girl that work there, they both take pride in their jobs.

Am from the USA and visiting on way to Alaska and the Indian taking my order didn't understand me asking if there was a specific sauce for the chimicuri steak n cheese and when he didn't put it on charged me for the steak n cheese.

The staff are the best in the Biz. It’s hard to find a friendlier bunch who makes your order the way YOU want it. To perfection , great group.
I recently visited this Subway and was extremely pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful - always with a smile on their faces. The restaurant has a great selection of fresh vegetables to choose from, making it a great option for healthy eating. The food is always prepared quickly, with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fast, fresh, and healthy meal.

This place is in the top 10 of WORST subways across Canada.The owner is so cheap. Scrimps on toppings, ESPECIALLY the meat. Getting extra veggies is like trying to pull teeth. Absolutely won't participate in any of subways promotions. Worth driving to FL to get fantastic service and subway done right.
