Firstly, zero customer service.Secondly I spoke thrice to order and they gave half of my order . All of sudden we left then I witnesses some of my order item is missing, which is kind of frustrating experience to go back again and collect the order item. Third thing potato veggies were half cooked.

Free unlimited cream in coffee yet I'm getting charged .50 cents for a little bit more cream in an ice capp, this purely defeat logic. Especially since I'm using less of the frozen ice capp syrup, which takes extra labor to prepare

If I order double espresso and you fill up small size coffee cup (not espresso cup), you didn't complement me with the amount of liquid. It's like making a tea with one tea bag in 1/2 liter of water. And after I complain, you got angry throwing things around and then splitting that watery espresso in two small cups. Learn how to do your job properly.

First time being exposed to Tim Horton coffee. LOVED it! We had to buy a bag of coffee to bring back to the states. This coffee is smooth and flavorful. The workers are courteous and efficient.

Quick drive through stop for coffee before leaving Vanderhoof.
My go to coffee stop is Tim Hortons and Vanderhoof is one of my favorite sites.
