This is exactly the type of place you want to find on a road trip. It's unassuming, but the staff are genuine and the food is great.

There is a pool table and dart boards, along with the obligatory animal heads! It hasn't changed much at all since at least the 1980's, which is perfect!

I had a burger and house salad - both were delicious. My husband had the perogie and sausage special. He was given at least 4 options for the sausage (we wondered if perhaps it was locally produced or sourced).

We came late afternoon, and it filled up pretty quickly after that. A good sign!

Great food, everything fresh, I had a club sandwich and it was a monster of a sandwich and everything was delicious with homecut fries, even the lettuce and tomato were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend

My kind of place. A bit greasy spoon with lots of fun local color. No linen napkins but smiles all around.

We visited last night for the first time and loved it! Both our servers were really fun, especially the one who also works at the gym (didn't catch her name). The pizza was amazing with the homemade crust, Donna came over to say hi and was lovely, and it had small-town bar charm.

We were disappointed that our registered service dog was refused entry even though it's a pretty hefty fine for refusing service dogs. We were ushered out back into a messy and scorching hot patio, which was our invitation to leave.

This is a must stop at on your Vacation through the Kootenays!

The service was fantastic. The Wasa Deluxe Burger was very tasty. Also the fresh cut fries and gravy were very good. Surprisingly not very busy the time of year. Food came quick.

Would highly recommend to all friends and family.
