Good food. Service is ok if you don't mind the serving staff constant chatting louder than anyone in the place. The place is filthy. Not sure it is allowed to remain open. Needs a complete renovation. Yuk

A hidden gem! We stopped at the Cherry Pit on our way back to the coast and were pleasantly surprised. The food was FANTASTIC and the service was even better. Our server, Shannon, went above and beyond. If you’re into downhome cooking with a friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices, this is the place to go! We will definitely be back.

Kind of disappointed:/ Toast was burnt, they did replace it. Server seemed grumpy or maybe just tired. Food was mid, left a 20¢ tip and the server asked if I meant to leave that… I tip based on service and quality. Not sure if it was just an off day for them. Lots of good reviews. Not sure if our treatment was influenced by our ethnicity… I don’t think so but I’m not sure why the place has such good reviews but we had a bad experience, unfortunately it is something we are left to consider.

Hands-down, the best breakfast restaurant I’ve ever been to. My opinion, of course! I go here every summer and I’m always very very happy with the food service, coffee and atmosphere.
By far one of my favorite places to come to when visiting from out of town, the service is always great and so is the food!!

It was my first time eating here and I'll definitely be back! Even though it was packed, the service was amazing. We sat outside and they have the whole patio covered so it's shaded. The food was tasty and affordable. It totally hit the spot and was just what my group needed before driving back to the coast.
