Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Did not make me the correct thing (pecan mudslide) - they just put pecans into a blizzard cup and blended. The burger I had was also disgusting, the bun bread was soggy and just fell apart, I was so grossed out I threw it away.

Their ice cream is more foamy almost like really cold whipping cream. It’s not a pleasant texture. I drive far to another Dairy Queen to get my ice cream. My best friend was a manager at Dairy Queen for years. She told me that it was probably the temperature. I called west Kelowna Dairy Queen to let them know my thoughts. The lady was dismissive and rude, telling me she had other things to do. I just let it go and continue to drive to the other one.

My problem is price. 5 x snack size, super small, blizzards... $32+. Rediculous. Realize it is all DQs..but still. Even the big giants can fall if they get too greedy.

Great location! Sadly a puppy cone was actually a $2 kids cone. Too big for our small dog. Not like other brand's "puppy" items. Not the fault of this particular store though

Sometimes the drive thru gets long but usually they make your order very quickly

How can you go wrong...going to.a Dairy Queen on a hot Summer night fir Ice Cream and a Milkshake! Just love going there and reminiscing taking out daughter to a DQ as well!!!

It's absolutely terrible. Staff not trained correctly. Served me a rotten banana split, and the kid refused to correct it. He said all bananas are brown. The manager/owner was there, but oh, so grumpy. He obviously hates life.

The drive thru is so consistently slow it boggles the mind. Expect 25 mins+ most nights, longer if it’s hot out.

A double cheese burger combo was 8.00 and change not even a year ago. Now its 12.00 + . How do you justify a 4.00/50% cost increase in less than a year???

It was OK not very real tasting cheeseburger..ice cream was good.

This was such a great place to stop after my ride. I came at a not busy time so I was able to get in and out quickly. They provided good service being quick but not acting rushed. They made a friendly environment. The place was clean. If I remember right, I had the flamethrower burger. 10/10 burger, honestly the best fast food I’ve had.

Parking: Park right outside the store there’s usually spots open.
