I ordered food for my daughter to the wrong Dairy queen location. Google says this location on Dobbin Rd does not open until 11am. The other one in West Kelowna was open and said HWY 97, so I assumed and shouldn't have, that I had the correct place. The older front counter lady was extremely rude to a 15-year-old girl. I had no issues paying for another burger for her as this way my mistake. But making a young girl bawl her eyes out in the parking lot was not ok. You are in customer service, people make mistakes, you get paid by the hour and the burger that's not getting eaten now, wasn't even ordered from your location. Customer service needs some major work.

Stale pretzel sticks, I have an allergy to peanuts they managed to get my girlfriends peanut flavored blizzard all over mine. There was a bite taken out of my girlfriends chicken fingers. We compared the bite shapes. I am flabbergasted by the lack of hygiene and the disgusting conduct occurring here. I used to love getting for from dairy queen

Very poor customer service at this location. Ordered two chicken ranch snack wraps with extra cheese, I received NO cheese on the wraps a dab of ranch and some rotting pieces of lettuce.
Remade the wraps at home with cheese, fresh lettuce and reheated the chicken in the air fryer.
Called to talk to them because the rest of the order was fine, was met with attitude and told I would get a call back after their “investigation.” Two days later, no call back. I call them and get more attitude. Keep the $.85, clearly you need it if you’re giving customers bad food and hoarding the cheese for yourselves.
The other DQ is a little bit further to drive but at least you get what you order there and friendly service.

*No DQ, I am not going to email you, I’ve said what I needed to here, the franchisee owners are the two that I talked with, so they are well aware of the situation, they just don’t care.*

Decent DQ products but I was annoyed when told I had to pay for my order before they would hand me washroom key. Small town mentality. I won't be back

We frequent this fast food location quite often and appreciate their cleanliness, efficient service and quality food as fast foods go. We also congratulate the owner on his excellent landscaping maintenance as it shows pride in the business.

Nice to see a place where Canadian kids can still get a job

Good ice cream place with kind servers.

One of the better DQ locations. Clean, hot fresh food and very friendly staff.

Go in drive through specifically ask for ketchup tell attendant make sure ketchup is on bag reassuring me that she will make sure there is some in the bag get home no ketchup. Everytime I ask they never put it in there. The packets don’t cost an arm and a leg it’s like .03 cents a packet why don’t you guys put it on the bag especially when asked for it like come on guys and girls it’s not that hard to get bag ready before packing it up and put everything in there when someone asks for it do better!!

Never again Dairy Queen Saturday my husband and I stopped at the D Q in Westbank next to the Shell station. I had a bathroom emergency ran into the DQ asked for the key . The young girl behind the counter said sorry our washrooms are for customers only. I said look I will buy something when I come out I need to go now!! We had just driven from ok falls and now in Westbank I desperately needed a bathroom. No I'm sorry you will have to buy something they are for customers only. I ran out to the car yelled at my husband go in buy something I need the bathroom. He looked at me like I had lost my mind. He goes in by this time I am beyond desperate I am going to have an accident whether in the bathroom or at the counter. This young girl looks at my husband holding the key in her hand smiles and asks him how may I help you? Oh my goodness just give me the Dam key. I told her when I gave back the key I hope you never have an emergency!!!! She could see clearly i was not a homeless person looking for a bathroom. I was a desperate older person in desperate need of a bathroom. Shame on you DQ I get rules are rules but use some common sense and discretion. My husband bought a small ice cream for $5.25 yes a small soft ice cream. Just so I could use the bathroom. That will be the last time never again DQ WESTBANK. I will never set foot in to one of your restaurants as long as I live. Never been treated so badly in my life. Warning to people everywhere!!!
