Please ensure that hair nets are used properly and the pizzas are thoroughly checked. The pizza is usually fresh and delicious, but my last order left me unsatisfied. I found a thick, black piece of hair in between the dough and the toppings on one of the pizzas. Please be more careful as it is quite unpleasant and unsafe.

It’s real clear guy, look at his reviews…Some people are not accountable for their choices, and blame the world.. Learn how to order.. Honestly, this location and dominoes as a whole is just plain awful. I hadn't ordered them in a long time because there's always some issue, mostly they don't give enough cheese but it can be any number of things. They are terrible in all aspectsAgainst my better judgement, decided to order a pie given the special week long 50% discount. Of course I was disappointed once again, I wouldn't pay for this if they gave me 75% off!!I do love pizza with a passion, but I am no pizza "snob". I have ordered from pizza hut in Kelowna close to 40 times and have literally never had to complain once I don't think. But every single time I get dominoes, they either have to redeliver it, I have to drive back there, I call and have to get mad at them etc etc. Never again I tell you, never.It's clear that all the positive reviews must be from people who #1 don't know decent pizza whatsoever/just want to fill their stomachs or #2 people that have no where else to go cause there ain't many choices in West K.
