Chicken was extremely greasy with all breading falling off and sticking to other pieces. Breading looked all chewed up on all the pieces. Order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after it was said it would be ready. When we returned the chicken back to the store they did not want to refund us. A very difficult process with unhelpful staff.

A little bit ago I ordered KFC from the drive thru... I waited 25 minutes for my chicken and fries. While I was waiting I went to the bathroom inside. Very strong smells of mold and mildew.. went to wash my hands in the sink but it wasnt draining very well... took a closer look and realised the sink was clogged with small curly pubic hairs!!!! Afterwards when we got home with our order opened up the chicken to find there were strange patches of fuzzy green? 🤢 Threw it all out and caller the store to ask for a refund but nobody answered the phone. Will never be returning. I urge that this location gets shut down.

We had difficulty understanding each other at the drive through. When I got to the window, I had to explain again. I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo with fries, a small coleslaw, gravy and diet Pepsi. I drove home to Summerland, unloaded my car, put everything away, sat down to eat and there was only chicken and gravy in the box. They forgot my fries. She even asked if I wanted Ketchup. 😢

The chicken was pure grease and the batter was plain and flavorless as well as soggy. The gravy tasted watered down and had no flavor. The fries were also under cooked. I suggest NOT waisting your money eating here.

I was really hungry and I hadn't had KFC in a while and I was craving it. I decided to give this location a try even though I know the reviews are bad. I showed up at about 8:30 and they close at 9:00 p.m. during the summer, immediately when I showed off there was a crowd of people outside of the front door and one guy was furiously banging on the front door. I asked him what's happening and he said that they aren't letting anyone inside and it's drive-thru only. Obviously this is not something that KFC does and the workers were just being lazy because they probably already swept and mopped the front. So I had to walk through the drive-thru and after waiting for about 5 minutes I finally got someone to take my order. I ordered a twister wrap. I walked up to the window to pay and I noticed that it said $22. I told her that that's not the right price and she sarcastically said that I'm wrong and that that is the right price. Once I told her I didn't want combo she said. Oh okay and the price dropped to $18. So I paid it and then I went back and checked the menu and realized that the twister wrap is only $12. It's not like they were even busy and they somehow still overcharged me. When I went to get them to correct the mistake and charge back my card. They seemed annoyed even though they made the mistake. Since I was walking I could look through the drive-thru window and I saw inside just how filthy it is. Fries all over the ground. Dirt everywhere. Nothing has been wiped. Clearly these workers don't understand Canadian hygiene standards. KFC isn't a street food stall. It should be clean. I asked if they could give me some fresh chicken for my wrap because once it's been sitting longer than 10 minutes it gets soggy. They told me they couldn't do it and I asked how long it's been waiting for and they said 40 minutes. I know for a fact they're not supposed to let chicken wait that long so I told them to drop some more. They said they can't do that once again. Just being lazy because they're closing. I eventually got my wrap and ate it. The rap was fine. Chicken was a bit soggy but it was still okay. Good enough for a quick dinner.
The workers need to understand that they can't just make up their own rules and that when they do they will get more angry customers. Closing the inside of the restaurant just so that they can go home earlier is just stupid. The workers need to learn their food safety and get it up to Canadian standards. Nobody is going to eat inside of a gross restaurant. It makes KFC look bad. Do better.

Had my friend pick up kfc, just a 2 peace combo. She was the first in line in the drive through. Was there at 4:40pm. You would think they would have chicken ready for the dinner rush. Took the staff 20min to get it ready. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered for delivery didn't get macroni salad or pop that I ordered for delivery phone them and complained first person talk to hung up and then phoned and ask for the manager she said that they could not send him back out to come to restaurant to pickup i don't think that was right
