I ordered online for pickup. They called a few minutes later to say they had no cook and therefore no chicken. No chicken at KFC at 5:30pm on a Saturday evening!?! They cancelled my order but it will take several days to receive a refund. The only positive is that they called to tell me before I drove all the way there.

Reading the reviews, you would think that they would clean up their act. Went in they got the order wrong. There’s no decency just straight ignorance. I’m new to the area. I will not be coming back to this place again!

The KFC in West Kelowna need to change ownership and management all at the same time. That was bar far the grossest food experience I’ve had. Well there was the time at Harvey’s when he dropped my pattie on the ground and tried serving it to me. Waited 45 min to even be noticed then 1 hour wait again for the food. Get home 5 mins for father’s day dinner to a bucket full of soggy chicken and soaked in grease. The skin was falling off as you picked it up and the chicken tasted on cooked. We managed to eat one piece each cause we were afraid to be sick. Anyways KFC West Kelowna…… (. Be & DO BETTER )

Father's Day, only 2 employees in the store. Ran out of chicken (AGAIN!), potato salad and medium containers. No air conditioning in the store, wait times more than 30 minutes. Appalling way to run a business. All fast food places in Canada have gone to the dogs since being taken over.

I love KFC. It’s a guilty, couple times a year only indulgence. That being said, I will NEVER eat at my local, (West Kelowna) KFC ever again. Seriously, how is corporate allowing this place to stay open? It’s absolute trash in every way possible. The reviews paint a pretty clear picture.

Staff wouldn’t honor the coupons, but couldn’t say why, or under what circumstances they would! Plus, despite waiting over 20 minutes for our food, it was cold. This store has always been terrible, but they are plumbing new depths of uselessness. There are plenty other restaurants to choose from in West K, and I would recommend to anybody that they just drive on past.

Hello I only got 9 pieces in my 12 piece with fries. I tried calling four times yet still no answer. I hope they get back to to me to make this better, it use to be so good here

The time to eat chicken is 5 minutes. Waiting time is 25 minutes! I hope the staff realizes that this is fast food. I was tired of the very slow service and the chicken was too bland. The old and unclean store made me think it was the 1990s.
