Tried to order a Big Crunch sandwich, a very rude girl working said we don't have that! I asked at all, or are you out? No response. So we ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken box meal. Get to the window, no chicken sandwiches either. Forgot everything else we ordered, and again very rude to us as if it was our fault they were out of chicken sandwiches.We ended up only getting one chicken box meal, they forgot the dipping sauce after asking for it twice, they forgot the drink that goes with the combo, and the chicken was burnt, black crisp burnt.Awful food and even worse customer service, we were all in awe of the overall experience.

Ordered a twister, it was chicken, mayo, lettuce in a tortilla shell. Nothing else lol. No tomatoes, no cheese. And then the machine asks for a tip, as well

Never again !!! The staff was rude and the food tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a very long time. Chicken was very dry ,we couldn't eat it.

Haven't had KFC for quite some time and thought I would surprise my wife with it for dinner. Got home with the food to find out It is the absolute worst chicken we have ever had. Not to mention the coleslaw was disgusting aswell.The most disgusting taste, not sure if the grease or oil they used was old or not. One thing is for sure we will never be back!!

After sitting in the drive through waiting to order for over 2 minutes I finally said hello and received a response. My order was shorted a serving of popcorn chicken and dipping sauce. When I got to the window, they asked if I wanted hot sauce in the bag, I said yes please. Not a single packet of hot sauce was in my bag. Horrible service. I was the only one in the drive thu.

Referring to recent Downsizing of the Large French Fries Box, so disappointing! It’s Potatoes,Sheesh!Use to get a large box, now it’s a smaller circular box, with wayyyyyyyy less French fries,Will no longer go for KFC anymore,best to spend your money elsewhere,bottomline!
