Absolutely disgusting experience.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. I found a hair in my sushi yes, an actual hair in the food I was eating. I politely pointed it out to the staff, expecting at least an apology or to have that dish taken off the bill. Instead, they argued with me about it like I made it up! No apology, no comp, nothing. I still paid full price and even left a tip (which I instantly regretted), because I was honestly too grossed out and frustrated to argue anymore.
The whole situation was handled so poorly zero accountability, zero professionalism. If that’s how they treat their customers when something goes wrong, I can only imagine how careless they are in the kitchen.
Never going back. There are plenty of sushi places in West Kelowna do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else.

Went in at around 8pm it says it’s open till 9pm. They said we’re closing at 830pm I said yeah it’s 8:06pm and they said yeah we’re closing and then said ok and left! Very disappointed never have been there before and that’s our first impression. Probably won’t go back
