Off The Grid Organic Winery

Love the wine, love the atmosphere..including the farm animals. Neat place to entertain kids and adults.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was such a cool and immersive experience having the opportunity to see how the organic wine is made. The vineyard is so cute and the people were so sweet. Everything had such a unique taste. Will defiantly come back to visit.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony here in August 2024, and it was everything we could have asked for despite the weather. It was a rainy day, but they did everything they could to accommodate and make sure we had a great day. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the wine is great and the wedding venue is beautiful with a perfect view of the lake.

The wedding package included a wine tasting for the guests prior to the ceremony, and even more wine and snacks afterwards which our guests loved.

Since the weather was so bad and we couldn't really take photos outside, they let us into their wine storage area and allowed us to take some really unique photos.

We are very grateful that we got to have our wedding here, and we 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Okanagan.

Had an amazing experience with my kids and family at Off the Grid. The wine, views, hospitality and animals (which my kids got to feed) made it a unique and memorable experience! On top of all that, the owner Nigel went above and beyond to print off some important documents for me! We will definitely be going back!

Love this winery! So much to do with seeing the goats and enjoying the views, and then… the winneeeee!! Definitely worth the more expensive tasting with some little food pairings. Sam, our tasting guide, was very knowledgeable and everyone is just so friendly!

Shawn, our server, provided a great experience. I learnt a lot about the wine farms in the region and what makes their wine organic. They had some of the best organic wine I’ve tried and the goats provided a unique and rustic experience.

This winery made my whole West Kelowna wine tasting trip so worth it! Starting with Nigel greeting us with a huge smile, & great humour in the shop. Nigel showed us outside and let us choose the area we would like to have our tasting! We chose a stand up table over looking the lake, vineyards and parts of West Kelowna. It was stunning!
Next fabulous Sam arrived with some super tasty cheese and our first wine to taste! While sampling their great wines, we watched Gunther and Patty (2of their goats!!) nibble on the neighbours vegetation coming through the fence- i really enjoyed the animals on the property it made for such a unique experience, one you don’t get at any other wineries that i have been to that is for sure!
Its unique, the wine was great, service was the best-all in all- i would 100% recommend this winery! My friend and i gave it a 10/10!

A wonderful place to visit! Feeding the goats sheep, chickens, and bunnies, taking in the beautiful views, tasting delicious wine, relaxing in the gorgeous courtyard while enjoying an amazing meal from their food truck, or perusing the vast gift shop are just some of the great reasons to stop in! Thanks to wonderful staff for always being so friendly and helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Off the Grid is a favourite of our family. If we have visitors in town, we often bring them for either a wine tasting, live music on Thursday evenings, or Sunday yoga. You cannot beat the friendly atmosphere and amazing views. The animals are always a hit with kids. Such a gem on the west side!
