I’m drawn to panago for their gluten free/dairy free options, however they are quite over priced. This pizza was $39 with tip and each piece has maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni on them which is frustrating.

Ordered the Everyday Pepperoni for my grandkids, the pizza maker made a spicier Brooklyn Pepperoni instead (without telling or asking) charged me a few more bucks than the Everyday Pepperoni, then was reluctant to admit she screwed up the order, and asked me if it would be ok if she picked the pepperoni cups off the pizza and good to go? I asked hereto honour my original order. Wow, my 1st and last visit here.

This panago is always great, but theres a girl who works there, wish I knew her name, and everytime she makes my pizza its so good!! We picked up pizza August 17 around 4pm and whoever she is deserves a raise! Thank you

I ate vegetarian nuggets which taste similar to chicken nuggets. So having a delicious vegetarian food was the best part and I enjoyed the pineapple pizza as well .

Omg, the pizza was practically naked! I could see the base all over through the top because they was hardly any toppings, hardly any cheese and hardly even any pizza sauce! For $35! For a medium with hardly anything on it, so disappointed, dissatisfied and terrible value for money

Terrible customer service and over priced sub par pizza. We ordered 2 medium and 1 individual pizza for $110 and the one pizza was requested to be dairy free due to an allergy and they did not listen to instructions and would not re make pizza when we called to complain so it got wasted and the person with allergy did not get to eat dinner.. extremely disappointed!!

Haven't ordered here before and won't ever again. Almost no toppings and no flavor ..wouldn't even call it pizza. . For the price paid im extremely dissapointed .my bad for not reading reviews first . Only good thing is delivery was on time .

Not what they used to be. Barely any toppings on the pizza. Cheese and toppings were all in the centre of the pizza to top it off. Crust was chewy and flavorless. The quality of the ingredients was good though. I hadn't had it in a long time and probably won't have it again. There's better places in West Kelowna, even domino's is better sadly.
I would strongly advise against ordering from Panago Pizza in West Kelowna. I placed an order and was initially told it would be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes. After two hours of waiting and calling customer service, I found out they hadn’t even started making the order! They casually mentioned they might be able to deliver it in another 30 to 40 minutes.
On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive over the phone, making the whole experience even more frustrating. It was a huge waste of time, and I was left with nothing but disappointment. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of service, do yourself a favor and avoid Panago Pizza in West Kelowna at all costs.

They said they deliver in West Kelowna or Kelowna but then ask for an additional fee to deliver in West Kelowna or Kelowna service is terrible. They don’t deliver without extra fee and then ask for tips over priced for pizza.
