They said they deliver in West Kelowna or Kelowna but then ask for an additional fee to deliver in West Kelowna or Kelowna service is terrible. They don’t deliver without extra fee and then ask for tips over priced for pizza.

They threaten to call tow trucks for parking in front of their establishment in a SHARED parking lot with the other business’s and often use the handicapped spot as their own as well. Their delivery drivers treat the parking lot as their own personal free way driving way too fast. They also allow their small child to run a muck inside/outside the store with little to no supervision. I once witnessed this child throwing a large ball inside, nearly knocking full pizza boxes out of a workers hands. Very unprofessional! I am sure their pizza is great but their business antics definitely need to improve.

I ordered pizza, they said they would call back to confirm. I talked to a lady to confirm the order and she told me 55 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes pass and I call back to find out where my order is they put me on hold for 15 minutes to tell me my order was still on hold. Now it's 1030 at night I have hungry kids and no food and told it would be an hour longer !!! This is HORRIBLE customer service. Nothing is open here now and we have no food.

Panago has uniquely delicious crust and high quality ingredients. It just hits different.
My order has been messed up too many times. Wrong ingredients on my pizza. I only order the pre made pizzas too, nothing confusing. Sorry Panago, I have given you too many chances, I won’t be ordering again.

Great customer service! We had ordered 2 pizzas and one was made wrong - which happens every now and then - and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and treated me very well. He even offered me pop or more dips as a show of goodwill, which was really appreciated! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and I left a happy camper.
