First time at Pandanus Thai. Had stir fried drunken beef and my wife had pad Thai noodles with tofu (the kitchen was very accommodating in removing the egg to make the dish vegan). Service was very friendly and quick. Decor is soft and inviting and the music added a bit of atmosphere.

We were vacationing in Kelowna and found this hidden gem. The food was outstanding, friendliest service one could ask for and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would highly recommend if looking for over the top Thai food. Well done Pandanus Thai.

Service was poor. It took a very long time, over an hr to get our dishes. They forgot to bring the rice, serving spoons and plates along with our dishes. It took a long time to get waters refilled and after ordering our dessert, we had to reorder it because they forgot to place the order.
We came at 530pm, and after the entire meal (no visiting or hanging around afterwards) we got out of there for 730pm. To come with a toddler…to keep him engaged for that long while waiting for food was a bit of a challenge.
Unfortunately, would not recommend.

I ordered a chicken pad thai and paid extra for tofu and veggies. There was TWO small pieces of tofu (which costed me $5.60), ONE bite size piece of chicken, and ONE small piece of broccoli.... there was probably half of an entire onion in there, a handful each of zucchini and carrots, and the noodles were very overcooked. Paid over $30 for a CHICKEN pad thai, and got a bowl of onions, zucchini, and noodle mush. I feel robbed 😠

Really enjoyed Pandanus Thai Restaurant. The spicy basil beef stir fry was awesome with real heat and tons of flavor. Easily a 5 out of 5.
The Thai dumplings were different in a good way and definitely worth ordering. If you like crunchy food, you will love them.
We will be back for sure.

Amazing food and service!! My husband and I went a few weeks ago and I forgot to leave a review. But the food was delicious! It was so nice eating authentic Thai cuisine again. Victor served us and he was so accommodating with my allergies and our spice level preferences. I also really appreciated how respectful the staff were while I was breastfeeding, made me feel very comfortable 😊
