Received a Papa Johns gift card from a friend. On the back of the card it explicitly says “present to driver for payment at time of delivery”. So we ordered online for delivery. When trying to pay apparently they do not accept gift cards for payment using delivery. The driver was super nice about it and called the store to try and find a solution. To which his manager said no we don’t do it and we ended up having to pay for the order with another form of payment. Called the store to speak with the manager who was “unavailable” was told we would be receiving a 5 dollar credit on our profile (we have yet to receive this). In my opinion this is a scam. You sell gift cards and then do not honour them according to the terms and conditions on the back of the card. This is fraud. I’ll be going to this store one more time to use up the gift card and then never again. Another customer lost due to poor customer service.

I love papa Johns pizza and usually I have no problems, but the last few times I’ve been ordering, the delivery drivers have made mistakes. Once the driver put the order at someone else’s place and when they texted to say it had been delivered, I opened my door and there was no food there. I texted the driver back right away and he confirmed he went to the wrong house, instead of coming back he left me on open after that. I called the head office and they said they can call the shop and see what happened, so I continued to wait outside incase the driver came back, mind you it was past 12am and a chilly night as well. After about an hour, I went inside and the driver finally messaged that he had delivered to the wrong house and that he was sorry and he now left it infront of my house. Ofc when I had the pizza it was cold, and so I decided to call them again and all they said was they can’t refund me or make a new pizza because the shop is closed but they can give me a coupon for my next order.
This time when I ordered, I got a call saying that there was 2 duplicate orders, and so I asked if they could cancel one and they said that it was too late because it’s already been made. I understood it wasn’t their fault, but what I didn’t understand is why were they calling AFTER they made the order and not BEFORE. Then I just accepted it and the manager offered to give me a coupon for next time. I had stated on my order that I would like a contact less delivery and that they can call me when they’re outside. It was 11:30 at night, people in my hoise were already asleep and the driver went and rang my door bell. I opened the door and called him out saying that I thought I wrote not to ring the doorbell and he just briefly apologized.
We are all humans, we make mistakes, but some mistakes are avoidable. I have no problems with the actual product and find papa Johns is good quality and quite delicious. However, I do think the delivery drivers need some more training and should be a little more careful.

I have been going to this location for a few years now and was extremely disappointed in the service this evening. I had placed an online order at 5:23pm for pickup and it was to be ready to be picked up at 5:49pm at the latest. The online time did not move at all and it was obvious something was wrong. The pizza's weren't ready till 6:10pm which was extremely late by the time I arrived. Finally the online time started to move slowly. To make matters worse there was a drug dealer hoodlum type man holding up the line in the store causing me and two other people to wait longer. It was 6:12pm before I left. I did not say anything to the staff as I was too angry to speak which is why I'm online now writing this email. If there are future computer problems with this location arising with online pick up times a staff member or manager needs to reach out and call customers to avoid mishaps and excessive wait times. I have always enjoyed Papa John's and really hope this situation doesn't happen again!

Have been ordering the same pizza for years. Tonight there was very little in toppings. The Italian meat was way past the “ best before” date. . Crust was like cardboard. 1/8 th of an inch thick. Just the worst pizza we have ever had.

I got a 3 pizza delivery order moments ago, I pay and give him a decent tip on a big bill just to open my pizza and find that 1/3 have been completely squished. I phoned the store to try and come to a solution and waited about 15 minutes on the phone with no answer. Will not be ordering from this location again especially delivery. Delivery charge of 5$ for them to throw your 26$ pizza around
