The pizza hut in West Kelowna is very good. I got the wings , traditional in buffalo sauce. They are better and cheaper than Wings in West Kelowna.

This location is the worst in the entire Okanagan Valley. They get orders wrong constantly. I’ve ordered from here paying for extra cheese or anything extra with my orders. They put even less than regular. Pizza shows up smashed half the time. The level or care or customer service here is non existent. In the picture is extra cheese I paid for… Do not waste your time with this horribly run location and it’s been years! To many other options

We have lived and ordered from Louie drive location since 2009. With only one issue with our pizza over the years and having just ordered today and received another amazing hot fresh order we thought it was necessary to come give them a thumbs up. Pizza was awesome as usual!

Pizza Hut, Thanks for the delicious, consistant food. Please look into the software glitch between your app and what gets transmitted to doordash that held back my house number from the delivery driver that left him (briefly)lost.
We order a custom pizza usually once a week and have always received great service from the gentleman at the front counter, he is always friendly, double checks our order and calls me by name when I walk in. Tonight we also received exceptional service from the young lady working up front - I had ordered online with our specifications (my son with sensory issues won’t eat it otherwise) and then changed the size of the pizza at the end of my order before I submitted. I think when I changed the size of the pizza it removed my specifications because when we picked up the pizza had a topping we had asked to remove. I brought it back and despite being very busy she immediately put in a replacement pizza for us and it was ready in 10 minutes! Thank you for the great service, it was much appreciated after a hard day.

Dumped our delivery on the ground at our front door. No knock, no door bell, just left without any indication. Got it right on my security cam. Found the food half an hour later, cold as a ice cube. No answer at the location. Sent an email, zero response. Awful, lazy service, can only imagine what they are doing to they pizzas at the store. First time ordering, last time ordering.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever! I will never order from the west kelowna store ever again.Save your money and time! Update.... I went and complained to pizza hut head office. No one cares! Save your money and order from someone else. I recommend the independent pizza places they actually care about their customers.
