Ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings from Popeyes — and honestly, what even was that? The so-called Garlic Parmesan sauce was barely there, maybe 1/10th of what it should’ve been. Dry wings, hardly any flavor, just a sad drizzle pretending to be sauce. What do you call garlic parmesan wings without actual parmesan sauce? False advertising, that’s what.
Some days this place serves delicious, properly coated wings that make you want to reorder. And then there are days like this — where it feels like they ran out of sauce and decided to send whatever garbage was left. It’s beyond frustrating.
For the price Popeyes charges, I expect proper food, not dry chicken with a teaspoon of sauce on top. There’s zero consistency anymore — one day it’s great, next day it’s a total mess. Stop cutting corners and actually give customers what they pay for. I’m tired of guessing whether my order will come right or not. Today’s meal was a complete letdown.

They Cancelled my uber eats order because uber eats gave a buy one get one deal but these people did not want to give any discounts.

Food and service is good. It’s worth it to wait for the fresh food. I had to wait for 15 minutes, it was hot and really appreciate the suggestive food items.

My third time here and third time having issues. 35min to get food. Had to send it back because it looked like someone sat on it.
Just horrible staff. Incompetent.
Says sorry more times than I could count without actually trying to solve the problem.

I got there, orders 16.80 worth of food, two other people got their food before me. And I had to wait 15 minutes. My food was squished to be flat, and when I asked for a new one they told me that’s how the mini sandwiches come. I asked for a refund and to get nuggets instead (the exact same price, and she wanted me to pay taxes again to get a receipt. then we got our nuggets and they were loose in the big paper bag. horrible experience for a SNACK.

2 people i front of me, small oders, restaraunt empty, took 30 min for 12 pcs just chicken and a small side of slaw , $48 this place is a whole and not worth the wait, nor anyones hard earned money...

this location used to be great with chicken always ready and quick service. now a days it seems they never have any chicken ready, always telling you it's going to be a 12-15min wait and if there's a line it's even worse....

I had a great experience. I'm usually very picky about my chicken. Took me months to actually come here and try it. I was happy with what I got. Everything was still hot when I got home for dinner.. I got the family deal and it was amazing.
I will be back and I hope it's the same result. Great staff very friendly.

We ordered the non-spicy chicken and omg they were very salty! They were not like this before, but unfortunately, something must have changed in the recipe. Can’t handle that much sodium!

I ordered the blackened chicken burger large combo with onion rings. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and the chicken burger really hit the spot for a non-breaded burger. Thanks!
