I ordered some pizzas with regular crust and got thin crusts on all of them. I have the receipt and it says regular crust. They were so rock hard I couldn’t chew it very well it hurt my teeth. I ended up only eating a few slices and threw the rest out. I don’t like to complain but Swan Pizza in Westbank used to be the best. Tonight I was disappointed I will try another night if it’s good I will change my review as every restaurant has an off night.

Sad discovery. Red Swan use to be delicious however the last time we ordered it was very very disappointing. Our pizzas were thin and soggy (we didn’t order thin crust) the usually delicious and crispy crust wasn’t the same and the toppings were chunky and sporadic. We ordered a cinnamon dessert and it looked like undercooked dough with a small sprinkle of cinnamon, not enough for a hint of flavour. Would not recommend!

The pizza was excellent. The crust was really nice, there are many options for toppings and combinations and the prices are good. The only downside at the moment is that they are not able to do delivery because of staffing shortages. We are able to pick up so it's ok but it would be nice to have the delivery option.

Red swan West Kelowna has/had been our go to for several years and had previously have very good experiences. However, over the last several months something has changed. Saturday Nov 8 we ordered online for pickup. Picked them up and got home and the large pizza was missing toppings and the med pizza was burnt. I called and spoke to a woman and she stated the manager was not in so I proceeded to leave my name and number and she stated the manager would call me back. No response, no call. I went through the store first hoping to resolve the issues, sadly not hearing back will be the final straw.

I know this is a fast food pizza and all, but it had a funky smell like a spice that I can’t quite place that had no place being on a pizza. Not pleasant, I had 2 bites and it hit the dumpster. Won’t be back - yuck!

So my mom orders three large pizzas after being told there's no mushrooms, no onions, no shrimp barbecue that's on their menu and no 16-in pizzas were quoted $75 for three 14-in pizzas
Told it'll be 45 to 55 minutes and we're now waiting an hour and a half and we haven't had the delivery and they're not answering their phone I'm rating zero for the food because we haven't even gotten it
I'm from a bigger city and this level of service is abhorrent.
How can you not guarantee the ingredients you need for a weekend and the level that you expect to sell?
Whoever owns this place should be ashamed

Decided to order for the 1st time and I was extremely disappointed. Very bland no taste had to warm it up in the airfryer to cook more.
Quality has went down immensely since the last time I ordered here. The crust was a little stale and hard as if it had been left out for a few hours and the pizza just wasn't great overall. The potato wedges were very mushy, not crispy in the slightest. although they tasted fine. Salad was okay. Very disappointed with what I received.
