I love the red swan in Kelowna but the westbank one can’t make a pizza burned the mushrooms chintzy on the pepperoni compared to Kelowna

I’ve ordered delivery and pick up here numerous times. It’s became the pizza of choice for my kids. For chain pizza, it’s probably one of the better choices if not the best choice. Especially in West Kelowna. And the owners / management are very friendly and make you want to support them.

Ok if it's on sale 50% off. Best to stick with the traditional/classic menu. Ordered the beef taco pizza, and there was only about 10 crumbs of beef on the whole pizza. Not even exaggerating. I'd be more upset had I paid $50 for the two pizzas.

I really enjoyed treating myself with a pizza!!! Only thing that could use a little improvement is to make sure that the thin crust be cooked a little longer. Was kinda mushy in the middle.Didn't stop me from eating the whole thing thoughKeep up with your excellent food and service.I'm ordering one for dinner tonight!!!!Cheers!!!!

OMG ?? My wife and I rarely order pizza anymore because, well, generally our experience has been, meh? So so. Ok. Edible. But… We ordered and picked up a large Classic Roman pizza from Red Swan, first time, came home, and we were blown away! It was definitely one of the best we’ve had in a LONG time. Perfect crust, generous loaded toppings, delicious sauce. Just so good I had to leave a review. Hope your experience is as good.

Awesome pizza thin crust and is cooked properly. I can't get enough. And there salads cdn feed a family. Nice and freshVegetarian options: Wow what a huge and tasty salad

Just ordered from them tonight and the food was amazing! If you like the fluffy buttery crust from Pizza Hut you’ll like their original crust, it’s thinner, not greasy and it’s light and fluffy! Not a crazy thick hard layer of corn meal on the bottom either. Their sauce was the perfect consistency. I hate how most pizza joints have a sauce that is essentially tomato paste with a bit of seasonings. This one was looser and lighter and still carried a great flavour! No need to order it light or squeeze big blobs out onto a napkin for each bite. The toppings were great! We ordered a bundle that gave us 2 large 2 topping pizzas and some cheesy garlic fingers for $36 before taxes, delivery & tip! Bacon & pineapple then pepperoni & sausage. The garlic fingers went FAST, like I looked away and they were gone before I got another piece. Approx the size of a small pizza, I’d have had a chance for a piece if it was a bit bigger but I’ll just have to be faster next time.If you’re going to try this place out, do it. I’m hesitant to try new places and waste my money on a dud, and I sanction this place for your dollars. Order from their website and you’ll see more deals than on skip the dishes as well! I’d post a picture but we dove in, the leftovers in my fridge wouldn’t do it justice.

Im not one to ever leave a negative review, but this place needs a serious revamp. The consistency as of late has gone down hill as someone who regularly ordered from this place. In addition, find out today when I called that the deals and specials listed on the website lead falsely and they will try and charge extra for customizing a pizza when the text on the special says "Any 2 Medium Pizzas" - well is it any or not? Apparently not. Best part is I've ordered this same pizza multiple times from this location without ever being told it costs extra to customize. Shame pizza was half decent, but as a small business owner, i can't support a business with the gouge your customer mentality.

I realized that I have not commented. Our regular and only go to Pizza place in Westbank. So many options and choices. Our daughter loves the under $5 individual pizza. You guys are friendly, delicious and fair priced. See you again soon!
