Starbucks Coffee Company

This is by far the best Starbucks on the Westside IMHO! They have the friendliest, most helpful staff, and I wish I could get this great of service at all of coffee shops I go to. You can tell they care about their customers in the way that they remember your name and your order, then proceed to offer great recommendations to switch-up and/or enhance your usual drink order! Earlier in the day I placed an order through DoorDash and when I received my order it was wrong, I received someone else’s order. The name I received on the bag was my name but when I opened it, I noticed I received someone else’s order. Instead of contacting DoorDash I contacted Starbucks, when I told them of the issue they apologized immediately and you could tell they felt bad. They remade my original order very quickly and even gave me a gift card on top of that as an apology. They totally didn’t need to that I understand mistakes happen and that location usually is VERY busy so congrats to the amazing staff there able to handle that type of stress! Because I know most people reviewing saying the wait time is bad and other stuff couldn’t handle 5 minutes doing that job. Big rave to each and every staff member there!

Not sure if the employee was just having a bad day or what (not gonna name drop) might ruin her day more🤣 but when taking my order and I said I wanted the bill separate for the two drinks she scoffed at me 🤷🏼‍♀️ hope your day gets brighter!

Currently sitting inside the Starbucks. I understand that they are busy, but waiting over 15 minutes for 2 drinks is kinda crazy, but we're patient. Upon finally receiving our beverages, we realized that they gave us 2 drinks that were labeled correctly, but made improperly.
A latte is steamed milk and espresso, and a caramel latte simply adds caramel flavored syrup.
When ordering a caramel macchiato, it had caramel sauce on it, whipped cream on top with caramel drizzle. It is NOT a simple latte. If I complain, I will end up waiting another 15 minutes for the proper drink.
This location is already notoriously slow, but making the wrong drink, and passing it off as what someone ordered adds a whole other level of frustration. Please do better. I understand being rushed, but I didn't even get what I paid for.

During my recent visit to Starbucks, I experienced extremely slow service, which wasted a significant portion of my break. The staff member was not only slow but also responded rudely when I expressed my concerns, which left me feeling quite disappointed. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience in the future.

Drive-thru team is great. Emily suggested the hazelnut latte put me onto my new favourite. Friendly, quick, and handled a mix-up perfectly. Solid service every time.

The team was kind and friendly, but there were 4 people working, it wasn’t overly busy and I waited over 15 minutes in store for my coffee. Not an efficient experience.

Always a clean store, bathrooms are some of the best I’ve seen in a Starbucks. I go weekly and everybody I’ve been served by have been wonderful, a great group of baristas.

Terrible service. They forgot my Pumkin Spice Latte after 45 minutes

25 minutes in the drive-thru line. Another 5 minutes once I reached the window for a chocolate cream cold brew and a croissant. Once you're in line theres no escape. Absolutely atrocious. The poor girl working in the indow said they were short staffed... bad management is what it is.
