I had such an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Sukhpreet! I walked in a bit unsure of what to order, and she was so patient and kind while helping me go through the menu. Wow, this place is next level. The food, the atmosphere, the great service, with a smile! This place was clean, inviting, and has a great view great seating, but not only that, the staff are friendly and smile with their eyes and an honest friendly greating. They are curtious, clean, attentive, and take care in what they are doing. They make a great tasty sandwich. While I was writing this review, the place filled up! Obviously, for the reasons I've liated above. They work well under pressure and are quick and efficient, but still put the same level of care into each sandwich . I would drive clear across town to eat here. This is a great eatery. You will enjoy your visit and experience! Well done, Subway staff!! Well done!!

This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to. The food was delicious and the lady that helped me Sukhpreet was fantastic. What a wonderful employee. She is a terrific ambassador for the Subway brand. I will definitely come back and I encourage my family and friends to stop there when they are in the area.

Horrendously cheap with the meat. $20 for a sub and they can barely put any meat in it? You can buy a plate of fresh cooked pasta across the road at Sammy j's for almost the same money. And then wanting a tip on top 😂 What a joke.

Best subway in Kelowna, nice atmosphere and great staff specially Airene. We had a small talk and I enjoyed it, she seems a hardworking person.
Where do I start? My wife and I have been a huge fan of subways fresh sandwiches and delicious baked cookies for years. We were in the area one day and decided to stop in to this location. We were impressed with how clean it was inside and upon ordering, how generous our sandwich topping portions were. We could tell these wonderful people actually care about their customers. Because of how friendly the staff is no matter who we have dealt with, we now drive close to 30 minutes to this specific location any time (which is a lot) we are wanting Subway! This location really is an example of how much of a difference great staff can make & why this location is always busy! Fast forward, we now consider the employees as friends and just wanted to spread the word as they deserve recognition for holding themselves at such a high standard which we all know is hard to find especially in some of the bigger establishments these days. 5/5 Stars all around. Keep up the good work! PS. They have the freshest/best cookies in town

Met Mandeep, the cheerful lady who helped me get my order ready. The place is pretty clean and just a great location overlooking the lake, and Highway. Located next to movie theatre, pharmacy, a gas station, bank, supermarket and convenience store. The service at this Subway was fast and friendly. I’m sure they get a lot of business. Would certainly recommend.
