Also being charged a service fee and tip for takeout is not good. Nowhere can a person remove it. That is a RIPOFF

This has become our favorite Chinese joint in town. The food and service is 10/10, but I would never dine in..the restaurant is super outdated/aged. But the food and service makes up for it 100%. Support a local family business and order here

I felt the need to do a review of this restaurant because I have been going there for the last 10+ years. I live close by and have always found the food to be extremely good. However in the last few years I have been disappointed in quality and taste of there food. Each time I order I am always disappointed &feel ripped off by this restaurant.

Even tho Wok Inn has messed my order up on 2 different times, including forgetting to put my Steamed Rice in the bag, I still Tip Cindy because she always Greets me with a Smile and is very Friendly, plus she's always willing/wanting to make things right when there's a mistake, like offering a Free Meal next time I order. Looking forward to my Free Combo D (Fried Rice instead of Chow Mein) with a Small Steamed Rice next time I order. I truly Appreciate the good gesture in lieu for All the boo boos that happened the last 2 times I ordered. Cindy gives Great Customer Service, just like how C/S used to be back in the day! All in all, the Wok Inn in Westbank has Good Food, the Food is always Hot and the Customer Service is exceptional as well... Thank You Cindy & Wok Inn Westbank for the good food, and for the good service too! Way better than the Rutland Wok Inn! Kim

Food is great They made a mistake by adding beef in my vegetable when I asked them to not add it as I don’t eat it. They corrected it immediately and offered me a credit . Been coming to this place from the last 5-6 years :)

Food is good. But they didn't gauge their food prep timing. Initial quoted 30 minutes and when I arrived they re-quote additional 30 minutes for 1 hr which for $150.. take out meal was upsetting as all the Skip the Dishes orders seemed to take priority over mine. Not happy, delayed my family's meal with young children.

Called for takeout and put on hold for 5 minutes while the receiver sat on the counter. Food was not good, everything is just deep fried lumps of batter. Extremely sweet, over salted sauces. MSG? can't confirm but all 4 of us felt pretty gross after.
