Sorry guys, the pizza was just not good. No flavour, toppings were weird. I’ve never not finished a pizza :/ Girl at the counter was awesome, but I’ll never order again.

Our order was cancelled while we were driving to pick it up with no phone call, no email, nothing. All because they ran out of side salad. So we arrive and have to reorder and wait again for them to make the pizza. Will not return terrible customer service.

Dont order online. If they dont have something they will cancel the whole order, and not notify you. If you dont like wasting your time and having to sit and wait for your oder dont order from here. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Will not return here.

Didn’t have slice options.
Bought a medium chicken pizza for $20, chicken had a really weird smell and taste, tandoori chicken had artificial red colouring too. Disappointed 😷

This place is sketchy it’s never open and when it is they don’t have slices which they say they do I would definitely stay away from this pizza joint

The pizza was extremely dry. It was ordered “fresh” for pick up, but the texture was like it had been under a heat lamp all day; you couldn’t even tell it had cheese as there was stringiness at all. We wonder if it was leftover, then frozen and reheated to sell. Will never order from there again. The place was clean, I’ll give them that.

These guys are total nonsense and unprofessional, lady working at Thursday night does not even know how to run a pizza store.

Went in to grab a slice and they had no slice ready. Ordered garlic bread and after taking the payment, the lady said it will be 20 mins waiting time.

I said okay and then after that she started to turn on the oven.
I was shocked and said it will definitely not take 20 mins but more so please refund my order and she started arguing that she does not know how to refund and was making faces that I am being difficult and according to the staff it is customer’s duty to confirm how much time will the order take not theirs. What a joke of customer service!!!!!!!!!

Worst I’ve ever had!!!!. Can’t answer a call

I have been trying to call their phone number from Google but it says number not in service .

Went to try for first time. Waited 15 min and when home open the boxes and they were AWFUL!!! They had hardly no topping and no cheese. Ordered the taco pizza and cpl pieces of beef and no cheese. Other pizza was cdn and some toppings no cheese.. I should have gone to Timmy's and ordered there. SAVE YOUR MONEY- Go elsewhere!!! And small and med pizza was $45 so big rip off as well. Will never ever go back!!!

Toppings had flavor has they should but limited sauce and the crust felt like it was frozen and stale. For 50 bucks for two mediums it’s not worth it…

I don’t know why this happens consistently. But this time, I placed an order at 3pm to have it ready for 4:15pm. No confirmation, so I call to confirm and they say 25-30minutes. I said put the order at 3 for 4:15pm. They confirm and it’s still 10minutes late to pick up. I get it’s a small world problem, but it’s consistently annoying, especially when you confirm and put it in way ahead of time.

When it opened it was amazing wen today and won’t be back what a shame for a place to not deliver and then change just as much for a delivery wow and then to be garbage on top what a let down I’ll stick to having my pizza delivered crusty dried up chicken gross

Stopped here to grab a slice of pizza after they had opened and they had no pizza? This is a first for me a business that advertises by the slice opens for lunch but they have no product for sale.
