I work in the mall & get my lunch in the food court sometimes. When i get food from here it is always good & very quick service. They work hard to get orders out quickly. The woman working today with purple short curly hair and glasses was so sweet! She chatted with me while quickly getting my order together & brightened my day.

The lady with cutting wearing collar t shirt may be she was not an indian I think she was supervisor and was taking orders omg she was soo rude to us and was charging us extra was taking too long to take order.idk how is she even behaving with others

He grass-fed beef option is not available in America. That was nice to find. They do not have soft serve ice cream so you can't get a root beer float. This is located inside of a mall food courthouse. Park Royal mall.

On Saturday, Februrary the 3rd, I was waiting to order food but the way the old Filipina lady at the cashier treated customers ordering really turned me away from here and I ended up changing my mind and ended up going to the McDonald’s outside even though I wanted to have A&W. Using a loud and mean voice to talk to customers is not what I expect. This is the definition of “horrible customer service” and I expect more from a great establishment like A&W.
This is how you lose valued and paying customers!!!
