At A&W food court Park Royal, I ordered 4 sets of meal today with fries and onion rings. And they only gave me 2 sachets of ketchup for my entire order. I went back and ask politely for 4 extra sachets of ketchup but the Indian girl employee was so rude and told me she can only give 2 sachets of ketchup even I explained that they gave me 2 sachets for my 4 orders. It’s really a big deal for her to give some extra ketchup. I never experienced ever in A&W to be treated like this. I am a customer since I was a child. My children was so disappointed and didn’t enjoy the meal. I hope you should trained your employees with a good customer service and a well mannered on how they speak to their customers.

Not wearing gloves is really bad experience rather than all food court vendors was having . And arguing that we don’t have standards to do soo and not washing there hands who was at assembly while making burgers even. So I am so glad that you are not doing good job . What about the people who are vegetarian or vegan they are mixing up all the food into one board of assembly

I visited the A&W at Park Royal food court and was really disappointed with the hygiene. None of the staff were wearing gloves, and I saw them touching all the food and food items directly with their bare hands. It was honestly disgusting and made me feel nauseated.
What's even worse is that other nearby food court vendors were all wearing gloves, so there's no excuse. This is a serious health and safety issue and shows a lack of basic food handling standards.
I expected much better from A&W. I won't be coming back unless this is addressed
