Intending to enjoy Italian food early on a Thursday evening, I visited the website of Casa di Amici and tried to make a reservation. The webpage offered a way to make a reservation. However, that turned out to be useless. We visited the location and found it closed. No notice on the website; no notice on the front door. However, OpenTable reservation system shows Casa di Amici is PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

They have good food but are understaffed so it took a long time to get our food. Also the gorgonzola pasta was quite salty.

Bugs, forgotten orders, rubbery meat. That about sums it up. Another couple walked out complaining about the food while we sat waiting for ours. I had the lamb and I’m scared to find out how old it was. We won’t be

I regret eating here !1. The entire restaurant is dirty ! The bathroom had tons of mouse traps. BackArea is scary .2. Service was Horrible. It wasn’t busy we where the only ones and she forgot our appetizer.3. The butter chicken tasted like she added tomato paste and water. Overall, this place is absolutely disgusting and I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down.

Love the spaghetti bolognese I ordered. Very traditional flavor and a big portion.

I have to admit, I was skeptical. An Italian restaurant slash Indian bistro? ?The atmosphere did not help the first impression, but I have to say that the chicken vindaloo and the butter naan were really great! (As an Italian, I tend not to eat Italian abroad, unless it's pizza with great reviews ?)

We didn't even manage to try the food! Right when we walked into the restaurant it did not smell very appealing. It had some sort of bad odor. And my first glance of the place, I noticed it was in horrible shape and needs a major deep clean!!!! and renovation! We then sat down at out table, the chairs looked ancient as if when you sit down dust is going to fly up. The waitress brought us menus, which I did not even want to touch with my hands, I used my nails to flip the pages. I then left to use the washroom, and that was it for me, you could hardly see your self in the mirror, some sort of flies around the toilet, the washroom was filthyyy as ever!!! And not to mention when walking to the washroom beside the kitchen u pass a small room with a messy bed and blankets, which all through me off. Customers not only pay for the food (which I'm glad I didn't bother trying from everything I saw within the first 10 minutes) but they also pay for the experience, the service, and the ambience when having a dinning experience. Also it was my birthday! Therefore after using the washroom, I had just let the waitress know we had a change of plans and headed out!

Food was nice, and it's cool that this place has the versatility of offering Italian and Indian dishes. The service was quite slow, though, and we were the only ones in the restaurant for the evening. Otherwise, nice place to visit

Came here regularly before Covid for Italian and it was excellent. Now it’s not so good. Hopefully the Indian is better. We would not recommend the Italian here.

It’s not apparent when walking by that this previously all Italian restaurant now has a curry section! The sign for the Golden Curry is high up and close to the building - easily seen driving by, but almost impossible to spot on foot. However its curry menu is quite extensive, and my usual reliable choice of chicken tikka masala (medium spicy!) was quite delicious, as was my friend’s chicken korma! (And there was lots of it to take home for tomorrow’s lunch.) The service was friendly and welcoming, but dinner was a long time coming, like an hour! It didn’t bother us as we’d have been there that long chatting anyway, but if someone was in a hurry, a wait this long would have been more than annoying.

Surprisingly good. Weird vibe with the Italian Indian blend but the carbonara was great. Hidden gem.

Ceasor salad was garbage. At first, they gave us italian menu(not indian menu). I had to ask for indian menu. The indian food was far more better than italian food. The italian soup( marinara) was bland( my family ordered italian menu). No taste whatsoever. Kid(owner's kid) was running around the restaurant. The kid's toys was on the bathroom floor.

Excellent! We chose to have Indian food and every dish was unique and excellent. We requested no cream and we’re happily accommodated. The food was perfect. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!! I had an Indian dish and it was really really good. My girlfriend had an Italian dish and it was also really really good. Then on top, after we let and were in our car, the server was running to us and waving us not to leave yet. My girlfriend left her purse and they handed it back to us! Such great people :)

Parking: Street parking outside 2hs from 9am to 6pm so after 6pm you're good

Went to this place and it’s Labelled as “Casa Di Amici” on the outside but another sign saying “Golden curry “ but it’s actually the same restaurant. Their food is all frozen food either microwaved or pre made and heated up . Everything I’m the middle is dry and bland . They are labelled “Italian” and “Indian” but they can’t cook Indian or Italian . Just bad food in general don’t let the ratings deceive you . These are fake ratings with fake accounts . Not worth your money . Instead walk across the road and go to an Indian restaurant called “Swad” they are actually authentic and house made .
