Cozy and warm cafe in West Vancouver
Recommended dishes: Croissants, Pistachio Croissant, Matcha Latte
Going out for coffee should be a pleasant break, not an annoyance. Unfortunately, this visit was underwhelming. The coffee itself was average, and the cafĂ© could have used a little more attention to cleanlinessâtables were left with cups, plates, and crumbs, which gave the space a neglected feel. The most frustrating part, however, was being served pastries in a takeaway box because they had ârun outâ of plates, despite me noticing clean plates stacked behind the counter moments later. It made the experience unnecessarily awkward, especially while dining in. Atmosphere and customer service are just as important as the coffee, and with so many alternatives available, itâs important that a shop doesnât take customers for granted.

I had a very disappointing experience at this cafĂ©. The service was poor, and the coffee did not taste good at all. I asked for a tray, but they didnât have one. Even though I planned to drink inside, they served the coffee in a cup without a saucer. The cup was filled to the brim, which caused it to spill on the table and even on my clothes. When I asked for a saucer, they gave me one that looked very old and heavily used. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

Whereâs the filling? So disappointed compared to the Yaletown location.

Everything is perfect, except for the wooden utensils, which make it difficult to use for eating. Hopefully, they will provide stainless steel utensils.

The cafe has its own atmosphere that is great for morning coffee lovers.
We tried out their latte and the popular croissants which we fell in love with!
Everything was top notch!
The only thing that needed attention was the customer service. Doesn't hurt to be nice to people.

The outside is perfectly crispy, but the inside feels quite underbaked. The bread and coffee both look fancy on the outside, but the taste doesnât quite live up to expectations â though itâs still average overall.

Angus T on Park Royal didnât disappoint. Theyâre one of my go-to for my croissant craving. This time I had the raspberry dark chocolate, and the matcha. Both flavours were a 5*. I paired it with my hot large Americano which I think was more of watered down than to what I wouldâve preferred.

The customer service of the boy who served us on last Sunday in the evening was terrible. I can not beleive he is working in a cafe with this attitude.

First time stopping by Angus T today and the shop is so cute and clean. Right when you walk in the door, you can smell the amazing fresh pastries. I was going out for lunch after, so it was extremely hard not to order one of the beautiful croissants, next time for sure! I really enjoyed my almond milk Caramel Macchiato! The service was friendly and quick. I will definitely be back!
