Had time to kill while waiting for the ferry. Ice cream was fine, but when they say a single scoop, it's literally one scoop of ice cream on top of a cone. Normally you at least get the cone filled and then your one scoop on top. Wasn't worth the money.

The staff here let several white family cut in line before me despite me wanting there longer. And when a young blonde teen probably in her early 20s asked what I wanted, I started off by saying triple scoop. And I wanted a school of churro.. “that’s it?” she cuts me off mid way through. I explained that I wanted three scoops she rolled her eyes and said she knows and when I told her I wanted the brownie she again cuts me off and hurried me up. When I want to pay for the ice cream and asked for two spoons she threw me one and ripped the machine out of me hand. Now I don’t usually assume racism but seeing that this is located in a rich white dominated area and the fact that all the other customers (all white) got treated really nicely and we’re helped despite me being there first leads me to think there’s something wrong with this place

I showed them my discount coupons from Fido but got rejected as they didn't have a barcode scanner ...? Fido app showed this store as a legitimate location which left us quite confused. I've never seen a store without a scanner.
