We reached the store a little after 10 and it was closed. The Google timings says it’s open till 11 pm however the timing outside the store said 9. Please update the Google timing correctly.

Usually come here when I visit my parents and every single time it’s disappointing but this time it needed a review. The girl with glasses working on Sunday May 12 really needs to pick up the pace and needs training or more training if she wasn’t training on this day. Ordered 2 large milkshake as well as a few sundaes. In the time it took her to make a 1 scoop sundae her coworker has already served 3 people. Which is insane to me. Like you see there’s a line and it’s starting to get busy… get a little prep in your step girl. But that wasn’t it, the milkshakes was literally just milk. I didn't bother asking for a remake due to the fact she’s slow-paced, kinda giving an uninterested attitude, and it was getting really busy. Also the sundae’s were large sizes filled with milk when we asked for chocolate and strawberry… I couldn’t tell the difference since they both looked like she poured fresh milk. It literally looked like she gave me 2 large cups of milk with 1/2 cup of ice cream . Please re-train her and give her a lesson of customer service.
