Don’t bother ordering from uber eats they cancel your order hours before they close because they’re just lazy, don’t want to complete the order, no excuse. Second time it’s happened to be ordering here. Guess what happens when I order from Whitby? They actually deliver it like a business. If you say you’re open to deliver then deliver, if you can’t do it then tell your customers that.

Today I was served by one white girl with black septum don’t know why she had all this attitude didn’t even bother to grate she just made sure we leave fast while someone else came she was trying him in the best way possible. I have never seen this rude person in customer service. Plus the store was in really bad condition the floor was too dirty.

Purchased 2 ice cream cakes and a large container of ice cream on July 2nd. When I went to cut 1 of the cakes I found a foreign object in the ice cream cake. I took pictures of both the cake and the foreign object. Went to Baskin Robbins where I made the purchase. After speaking to both the cashier and women who claimed to be the store manager was told nothing they could do about it. Ended up throwing out ice cream cake. A $50 waste of money. Won't be going back all baskin Robbins stores lost my business. Very poor customer service.

It's okay, only problem is that north Oshawa location never has the monthly special treats. They always claim the flavor of the month is done, yet the month isn't over and other stores do carry.

For some reason everytime we go there, there is no other customers, (which is good) maybe because its winter.
Good selections of ice cream. The ladies who works there though looks annoyed once you get in, or maybe just their facial expressions, who knows.
Jamouca almond fudge - highly recommended.
Strawberry and cheesecake is highly recommend 👌
