I ordered some sushi for takeout and the owners were super sweet and helpful. My boyfriend has a strong gluten intolerance and they were very helpful and kind about going through all the food to make sure nothing would make him sick. They were super meticulous with the packaging, my gluten stuff separate boxes from my boyfriend’s meal. The food was awesome and a good value!

The lovely owners at Bay sushi are absolute perfectionists about the freshness of their fish. Simple, authentic and delicious sushi! I recommend the salmon avocado roll and the spicy tuna roll. The green tea is made fresh per serving 10/10 overall

The ferry was very late and my wife wanted sushi so I went hunting. What a magnificent surprise - the best quality sushi I have had in years. We ordered Roll combo B and C with unagi on the side for a take out. Quality was fantastic - especially the raw tuna and salmon. We are looking forward to eating in for the whole experience.

Ordered rolls and sashimi. Fish were great, anything with rice was fairly bad because the rice was undercooked. It was like biting to small rocks on every chew. If the rice was cooked and had a bit for vinegar, it would have been okay.

When I first walked in she was very presumptuous about me being white it seemed. All the typical questions if I've had sushi before and tried to make me get up and pay while I was still looking at the menu to order more after only ordering one roll and telling her I needed to look at the menu still... the sushi was dry and fairly low mediocre but I sat and finished it. I nicely got up and paid, left a tip. After I left I heard another guy on his cell phone down at the water talking to someone on the phone laughing about how incredibly basic and crappy it was. I also felt compelled to say something just because it was an oddball experience. Over all the prices are fairly low but that's ok because so is the sushi. They ultimately need to step it up a bit, I don't know if I would go back or not... maybe not.

Very bad customer service and they was yelling at the customers I don’t recommend it to everyone specially the kids because you gonna see a Karen and her husband at the restaurant be careful from this restaurant ?????
Stay away: deceptive business practices.They charged me more than the price showed on the menu, then pointed to a tiny script on the menu saying “prices subject to change without notice.” Was spoken to very rudely when I commented on this.Food was already extremely high priced to begin with, and was some of the more tasteless sushi I’ve had in a long while. Be careful and make sure to ask for the actual price before ordering.
