I recommend to the owner that to hire some very kind and polite ladies. Sometimes when we come there after walking in the morning, they are not happy.

Ordered a caramel white chocolate mocha and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie for around $9.50.
The coffee was rich, both sweet from the whip and caramel on top and dark with the lovely coffee underneath. Delicious cup 😋.
The cookie was phenomenal, top notch texture with a nice balance between crunchy and chewy. From the first bite you are hit with that strong sea salt taste that quickly mellows out into cookie bliss. Delightful. Very heavy and big so def good to share this one.
The locals recommended the spot and it was no disappointment. Bit of a cramped space with how busy it gets but during more calm hours it has a very cozy cottage feel.
Service was friendly and fast. Will definitely return.
