Found this place about a year ago and I get a coffee here on a regular. I used to go to big chain but found the coffee here much better. The staff is hot and cold but I would be too if I worked here so all and all a good group of people. There is a little eatery next door which is great and make sure you try the Açai Bowls it was like being in Hawaii.

This chain coffee shop located in West Vancouver was very refreshing for a rainy September morning. My husband and I both ordered chai latte's which he loved, and I wasn't the biggest fan of. There was a spice, that unfortunately I can't name because I couldn't recognize it, that was in the chai that threw the whole drink off for me. On a more positive note, the bakery items we got were delicious. If you are here during the fall, the pumpkin spice muffin will make your morning. Also, the staff was very friendly, which was also a great start to our morning. We saw this chain in several spots in Vancouver, and if you're in need of a quick treat or pick me up, it's a good stop.

One of the best coffees I have had in Canada. I lived in Australia before this and after moving to Canada, was looking for a good coffee place. Finally found it! Closest to Australian coffee and such fresh roasted beans. Love it ?

The service is terrible. The drink my friend ordered didn’t come out quite right and when I asked them to replace it, instead they suggested to top it up with almond milk.. After a few back and forth, they reluctantly changed it while noting that they are making an exception for us. I will never be back at this location
