During our first visit to a restaurant, my family and I faced unexpected challenges. Initially, a staff member overlooked our inquiries and preferences. Despite stating my willingness to pay extra for modifications, my attempt to order was met with refusal and confusion, particularly when I requested a pizza without a specific item due to dietary restrictions. This led to a series of embarrassing interactions where each request and question from me seemed to challenge my very presence. The staff member appeared utterly baffled by my straightforward requests, making me feel as though I was speaking another language, despite English being my first. The situation escalated, resulting in humiliation simply for attempting to navigate the ordering process. Deciding to leave, I aimed to express my concerns to the manager about such treatment being unacceptable, only to discover a language barrier further complicating the issue. My inquiry about the norm of their customer service being hostile was met with affirmation, marking this as the most demeaning experience I’ve ever had.

The build your own Pizza option never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh, their sauces are super flavourful, and the staff is pretty generous with ingredient portions! The pizza always comes out tasting delicious.

Regrettably, my experience at Blaze Pizza in Park Royal North, West Vancouver, was disappointing. Despite ordering a cheese pizza, I received one that was burnt. When I pointed it out, the staff's response was perplexing—they offered to remove the burnt part, claiming they had already remade it because the first one was "empty at the center." Considering my son's love for Blaze Pizza and our time constraint, the overall service and quality fell short, making it an unsatisfactory visit.

North Van doesn't realize the pizza gem around the corner. I would go with veggie options over any of the meat but anything ordered is on the crazy good pizza crust!

Excellent baked crust. Toppings are four stars. Kind of pricey, the ordering at counter was hard to understand and communicate. Fairly quick, as I was the only customer in the room. The room is another open space surrounded by one of the busiest traffic intersections in the lower mainland.

Pizza ? was absolutely amazing thin crust billed your own ,I'm A big me & Ed's guy but this pizza rocks definitely coming back for more ? highly recommend this place!
The pizza is fresh baked, and the Halloween special Garlic Sausage was delicious! The garlic was a little bit mushy and didn't really have the crispness I wanted. But it tasted and smelled really good with the pizza. So I was satisfied. I would give it 3 1/2 stars but if I had to choose it would go slightly higher. The service was decent and the atmosphere was nice. The food wasn't super expensive but it wasn't cheap. The restaurant was very pleasant and I like the thin crust of the pizza.
