I recently visited the Booster Juice located in Park Royal South, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The two ladies working at the counter were exceptional and truly went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The staff was attentive, taking the time to listen to my order and offering helpful suggestions based on my preferences. They were knowledgeable about the menu options and were able to answer any questions I had.The service was efficient and quick. The two ladies working seamlessly together, ensuring that every customer was served promptly and with a smile. They demonstrated excellent teamwork and a genuine passion for providing great customer service.Not only was the service outstanding, but the quality of the food and beverages at Booster Juice was equally impressive. My order was prepared with care, using fresh ingredients that made for a delicious and nutritious snack. Location stopped selling fresh juice. I visited twice and was told not available. First time they were “cleaning the machine” second time it was mysteriously broken. I’m deleting the app.

I drove over 30 min to get here and the girl behind the counter says they are closed but their hours say they are open for another 30 min. I literally drove here because I checked their hours. Not cool. I assume she just wants to go home early. It's Monday Feb 19th 2024 6:30pm sorry girl but I was looking forward to my booster

Came to buy lunch, I wanted to get their egg white/chorizo wrap as it is a healthier option than most of the food in the food court. I was excited to have it. Seemed normal when I first got it. Took a bite and noticed that it tasted different then previous times. I thought maybe they changed the cheese or something. But then I smelt this kind of sour smell. I opened it up to look inside and the egg whites didn’t even look like egg whites, they had gone bad, they were a very weird texture and they smelt sour. I could have gotten food poisoning, I am very lucky that I didn’t. I went back and complained and they gave me a refund but nothing else, they didnt offer me anything for my troubles which I found odd as most restaurants do when they mess up that bad. I even called head office during business hours, no one picked up, so I left a message. Its been quite some time now and haven’t heard anything back. Does anyone know how I can report this restaurant? This restaurant should be temporarily shut down so that they can train their staff on how to serve food safely.

0 customer service, and the drinks were disgusting, I order 2 banana drinks that Tasted like water and auger, thank a banana protein shake.Never ever again

Most of the time this location is great. My most recent experience was disappointing. Ordered the Nuttin' Better walked away with my smoothie and tasted no peanut butter, the main ingredient. The normal 650 calorie smoothie was like drinking water with minimal flavor. If you are out of peanut butter tell us and I'd order anything else.
