Came to buy lunch, I wanted to get their egg white/chorizo wrap as it is a healthier option than most of the food in the food court. I was excited to have it. Seemed normal when I first got it. Took a bite and noticed that it tasted different then previous times. I thought maybe they changed the cheese or something. But then I smelt this kind of sour smell. I opened it up to look inside and the egg whites didn’t even look like egg whites, they had gone bad, they were a very weird texture and they smelt sour. I could have gotten food poisoning, I am very lucky that I didn’t. I went back and complained and they gave me a refund but nothing else, they didnt offer me anything for my troubles which I found odd as most restaurants do when they mess up that bad. I even called head office during business hours, no one picked up, so I left a message. Its been quite some time now and haven’t heard anything back. Does anyone know how I can report this restaurant? This restaurant should be temporarily shut down so that they can train their staff on how to serve food safely.

0 customer service, and the drinks were disgusting, I order 2 banana drinks that Tasted like water and auger, thank a banana protein shake.Never ever again

Most of the time this location is great. My most recent experience was disappointing. Ordered the Nuttin' Better walked away with my smoothie and tasted no peanut butter, the main ingredient. The normal 650 calorie smoothie was like drinking water with minimal flavor. If you are out of peanut butter tell us and I'd order anything else.

This is our usual go-to location and the staffs are usually very nice and friendly, except today (Sept. 4 at 4pm) A girl called Sara was very rude and carried such a bad attitude from the beginning till the end. She even walked again and didn’t proceed the payment, so we had to ask for ber collegue to help. The drinks she made looked so bad and not even fill up the cups properly. Hopefully the manager/owner will re-train her; otherwise, we might not want to come back here again.
