The food was below expectations for the price, and the service could have been more polite. Hope they improve.

Cactus Club’s are pretty generic but this location has a different vibe. All the servers are very attentive and really care about the customers experience. I can see where the culture of this particular restaurant comes from when I met the manager, I think his name is Jack. He was engaging and really cared about the products and service. He knew a lot of details about the desserts and the ingredients which shows he was also knowledgeable about the products he selling. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely my favourite restaurant. I love the lettuce wraps and med bowl my only complaint is that every time I’ve ordered a lava cake the inside has been lukewarm/cold :(

It’s honestly disgusting trying to enjoy a meal at Cactus Club while servers walk around with exposed unshaven armpits. Completely unprofessional and ruins the dining experience.

The portion size is way less than what it used to be. It even lesser than the happy hour creole chicken!
30$ for one dish and that doesn’t fill you up is Insane in my opinion.
Cactus never use to be like that but it’s the downfall fr. Won’t be returning. Lots of options around. See the pictures and they never charged for these seasonal veggies.

My initial experience at the Cactus Club in Park Royal, specifically during happy hour, was positive due to the excellent service. However, I observed that the portion size of the hot chicken with pickles, offered during happy hour, was notably smaller compared to other Cactus Club locations I have visited. This discrepancy was disappointing, although the portion sizes of other happy hour menu items appeared consistent.
