Cactus Club’s are pretty generic but this location has a different vibe. All the servers are very attentive and really care about the customers experience. I can see where the culture of this particular restaurant comes from when I met the manager, I think his name is Jack. He was engaging and really cared about the products and service. This is absolutely my favourite restaurant. I love the lettuce wraps and med bowl my only complaint is that every time I’ve ordered a lava cake the inside has been lukewarm/cold :(
My initial experience at the Cactus Club in Park Royal, specifically during happy hour, was positive due to the excellent service. However, I observed that the portion size of the hot chicken with pickles, offered during happy hour, was notably smaller compared to other Cactus Club locations I have visited. This discrepancy was disappointing, although the portion sizes of other happy hour menu items appeared consistent.
