They could’ve refused taking orders 15 minutes before they close on Sunday and that’s totally understandable but when you take an order it doesn’t matter if it’s end of the day or not… the double espresso I got today was the most terrible, tried to take a sip but it was impossible to enjoy. Extremely Disappointing.

One of the best coffeeshops I like to go with my friends. Foods are always fresh and delicious! Another thing that I like is Macha latte; I cannot stop drinking it most of the days?? Highly recommended!

This cafe is in a great location making it a convenient stop for a coffee fix while exploring the Park Royal Village. We tried their latte and almond croissant, both of which were really good.However, the cleanliness of the place left a bit to be desired. A bit more effort in keeping things spick and span would really enhance the overall experience.Overall, it's a nice spot for a quick coffee fix.

I wouldn't give any good review as the two goofs attending didn't have any preparation. They were just goofing about and tgeir coffee, I had a cap was the WORST I was there at 9 20 today. Simply, I would toss out those two and get some thinking folks...plus mayb a good coffee bean would help too. Setting my day on a good direction.

This place has been on a steady decline since it opened. It used to be a good alternative to starbucks, but now I only come here when starbucks is packed, and I regret it more each time. It is dirty, the product is pretty poor, the food storage is inadequate allowing flies to sit on all the food, and for the food to try out and oxidize. The staff seem miserable, but with the incredibly poor management who can really blame them. Today, the "manager" seeming guy is chasing people out of the bathroom telling them it is out of order (the other one is out of order too), and then telling the extremely busy cashier that she should make a sign to show it is out of order. There is no reason he can't do it, but frankly he is either too lazy or incompetent to do it himself. Every time I get a hot drink here it is luke warm and flavorless. I ordered a bubly today since even this place can't screw that up. The place is incredibly shabby, not being maintained at all. Everywhere you look there is damage to walls, furniture, the floor, everywhere. It is dirty, the bathrooms are nasty, just imagine what the behind the scenes areas look like. An absolute shambles. Save your hard earned coin and go to starbucks even if theres a huge line, the service will be better, the products will be consistent, and even if you don't find a seat, the experience will beat this place hands down, and I'm not even a starbucks fan. Absolutely love, love, love the Cafe Artigiano at this location because of the employees there. Omid, Ricky and Mariana provide exceptional customer service and make some of the best drinks. I mentioned that I wanted an iced tea that's sweetened but mixed with some other flavor. Ricky personally made an iced tea mixed with sparkling lemonade (I believe) and wow was it good. It was off the menu item but that just shows how far the employees there will go to make the customer happy. It left me with such a strong impression because I haven't received customer service like this in a long time. Highly recommend!
