I think they forgot to blend my drink lol
Website says open till 7.00pm, there at 6.20pm saying we're closed while cashing out early with an attitude
The stand was so bad . The people at the stand made my drink bad on purpose, they were smirking and laughing about it. I got the small matcha smoothie boba and they made it so bitter and way to powdery, they gave it to me and started laughing at each other
The standard of service is so bad here it’s almost unbelievable. The woman left so there was no one actually there for 20 minutes , no sign , nothing. She comes back a while later and is just talking on her phone while serving customers ???? Then it’s time for me to order , out of pearls ? Bubble tea requires pearls. No sign saying it , no apology either - so I just wasted half an hour waiting for this rude woman to tell me they’re out of the product which is in the title of the store ! And I wouldn’t be writing this but this happened last time I came here too !! Rude people working and out of pearls! Terrible staff terrible attitudes. I won’t be back clearly these people don’t give a ***.
Nothing wrong with the bubble tea at this location. However the folks who work here and less than capable. From wrong orders to rude staff, this place has it all in terms of bad service. I suppose this is what happens when there are no other options near by.

I ordered matcha smoothie with 50% sugar as I normally do. When I got the order, the taste of matcha was too strong in taste and I asked if she can remake it as it's not the usual taste I have with it. She said what can I do, it's the same procedure and all. Not gonna comeback there anymore.

All the drinks I ordered were watery and no flavors, the pearls were hard and there's no ice in any of them even though I had asked for it. The people working there were talking amongst themselves and not working while customers were waiting. The drinks weren't even cold, as none of them mixed the tea in the shaker with ice. Severely disappointed with this branch as this is one of my favorite bbt brands.

The worst chatime branch i’ve been to
Big fan of Chatime and have been to their other locations in the lower mainland. I purchased BBT from this location on two different visits, and boy was I disappointed by taste and quality both times. The tea flavor was bland, watery and the sugar levels was also weak for 30%. It tasted like a cup of partially milky watery BBT (and that’s with only 30% ice). It’s not consistent with the other Chatime locations. I’m biased, but you would hopefully expect franchises to maintain their consistency. There are better options (in walkable distance) nearby that’s not disappointing

Drinks are okay as usual.This odd time that the staff was rude. No smile, no greeting, one-word answers and did not even answer when I asked them how they were.Was not busy at all. We were the only customers this time.

Before I begin, I want to state that I love bubble tea, and I have enjoyed Chatime for many years now. I thought to treat myself to their Kit Kat milk tea and added pearls. When I picked up my order, I noticed there were no pearls. I PAID for pearls. So I went back to tell them there were no pearls in my drink. The staff checked and didn't believe me. THE AUDACITY. So they asked me to open the drink and prove to them there were no pearls. I thought it was a little unnecessary, but did it anyway. As I expected, there were no pearls. So the barista asked me if I wanted some pearls on the side. Seriously? You want me to MAKE the drink I PAID you to make?! I declined and asked if I could have it in my drink. So they found a pair of scissors (hopefully sanitary), and cut a large hole in my drink. Added A QUARTER of the regular amount of pearls I would normally get, and handed me back the drink, with the milk tea on the cusp of spilling the second I moved. I thought this was rather inconsiderate. I asked if they would seal it up for me so I could enjoy my drink elsewhere without spilling it. She told me no. I was quite aghast. Thankfully, another staff asked for the drink and told me he would fix it. He had the decency to give me a sealed cup. But it should not have caused me this much upset for it to happen. When I finally received my drink again, the pearls were unusually and disappointingly bland. I don't think I would be comfortable ordering here again after what I went through.

Too slow, and the clerk is not friendly at all. Feel like they do not care.
Is okay at best. The people made it feel rushed and the drink's quality was also okay. Comparing it other to chatimes though, it was not very good. Ordering the mango green tea with pearls, there were a lot less pearls and the flavor was not there. 2.3/5
