Extremely rude employee. First she didn't make the proper tea and then when we asked the remake it for us she was extremely rude she was smashing the cups, showing us attitude and didn't even listen to our full concern. I don't really know if this will get the owner's attention or it even matters to them. But we just wasted our hard earned money trusting this franchise. I guess my family and I are never visiting any other chatime again. Save your money and go to better bubble tea places who care to serve you.

It’s rlly good actually! I ordered a QQ lychee with extra pearls. They gave me plenty of pearls, and the oat milk brown sugar milk tea doesn’t make it worse at all it’s so good

I would give a half star if I could. I was there yesterday and they made us a wrong order 2 times. And tried to tell us we’re wrong about it and didn’t even try to fix it.. In the picture u see that my friend and I asked for Oat milk in our drink but only one of them is labeled so. We tried to tell them but she insisted on the fact that the second one is with oat milk too. But u couldn’t taste any oat in it. And again it was my friend’s birthday and they couldn’t manage to give her a free drink although she had the app and tried. They made her pay the difference and she got the wrong order too!! And the way they communicated with us was poorly. Regret wasting time and money there.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. I visited this Chatime location on my birthday, expecting at least decent service — instead, I was met with two staff members who couldn’t communicate in English, had no understanding of customer service, and looked completely lost behind the counter. They messed up my order even after I repeated it clearly, and there was zero effort to fix it or even apologize. For a brand like Chatime, this level of carelessness is honestly unacceptable. If this is the kind of service being offered, I won’t be returning to this location

Their Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea is so good! The milk tea is rich and smooth, with just the right level of sweetness from the brown sugar. The pearls are served cool, but still chewy and fresh — really enjoyable. One of my favorite drinks here!

Well the 3 stars make sense. Just walked away with zero drinks. The manager would not fix his mistake.
So we were served a wrong drink, and the manager has refused to provide either a drink that is actually mine or a refund. Literally offered nothing for the mistake. Extremely aggressive rude started questioning my dietary needs. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous level of service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I just ordered a cup of bubble tea and when I received the drink, I put the straw in and the drink came out sideways, I asked for a napkin and they said they didn't have one, I asked again and they said they didn't have one, so what am I supposed to do with the sticky stuff? The staff was very rude and when I asked them to wipe it off in the sink they gave me a dish towel and told me to wipe it off myself, I wanted a napkin! I asked again to wipe it off in the sink with water and they reluctantly complied, I don't know why they don't give me a napkin to wipe it off like they used to, the staff are horrible.

Around 3:45 pm we bought two bubble tea from them. One of them was coconut milk. We asked for couple of ice cube. But they forgot. So we asked them to put ice again. Then we noticed it taste like water. For the second time we asked them to fix it. But the person who was making the bubble tea said because they fixed our drink once (just put ice cube that they forgot in the first place), she said she cannot fix it again. Anyway, they blame their mistake on you and their drink is not what you asked for.
